Lowering and refixing only after washing and cleaning of ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. making necessary disconnection and connection as required as per direction of EIC.

Opening the different type of fans, cutting burnt out coil from stator, cleaning the stator, testing, rewinding by supplying super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge, minilex paper mica sheet, changing the loops overhauling, greasing, backing, heat varnishing and refitting the same & testing.

Supply and replacing of ceiling fan Canopy/cups (White/brown) with High Quality Plastic Materials as per direction of EIC. Make- Pmw/Generic

S & F 16 SWG GI Safety Wire with necy.Nut- bolt - Washers etc. as approved by PWD as per direction of EIC.

S/F of 1/2'' dia. PVC Flexible pipe from ceiling rose to top canopy of ceiling fan.

S/F New Ceiling rose with replacement of old one & necessary connection of Ceiling fan (Approved Make).

Supply & delivery of 18 watt LED PL-L light on existing flange type covered PL L light fittings on ceiling having 5800K- 6000K, luminous efficiency not less than 100 Lm/Watt in place of damaged item after removing electronic choke incl. all accessories as required as per direction of EIC. (Make: Wipro/Philips- Signify/ Crompton)

Fixing of 18 watt LED PL-L light on existing flange type covered PL L light fittings on ceiling having 5800K- 6000K, luminous efficiency not less than 100 Lm/Watt in place of damaged item after removing electronic choke incl. all accessories as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of 20 watt slimline ultra LED tube light set on ceiling surface/ existing fittings having 5800K- 6000K, LED, luminous efficiency not less than 100 Lm/Watt Driver wattage should be greater than or eual to the rated fittings wattage by replace existing fittings incl. all accessories as required as per direction of EIC. (Make: Wipro/Philips- Signify/ Crompton)

Fixing of 20 watt slimline ultra LED tube light set on ceiling surface/ existing fittings having 5800K- 6000K, LED, luminous efficiency not less than 100 Lm/Watt Driver wattage should be greater than or eual to the rated fittings wattage by replace existing fittings incl. all accessories as required as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling of existing single/ twin fluorescent light fitting as and when required and store in a safe place as per direction of EIC and Re-fixing of single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts as per GS.

Supply & delivery of 48" ceiling fan with stranded safety wire complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber, bush, etc incl. S&F of 1.5 ft down rod [14SWG) etc as required as per direction of EIC. [Make- Crompton, Cat No:-HS plus-1200mm/Orient NEWBREEZE/Havells of equivalent make]

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire.

Extra for supplying additional wire for down rod & painting the rod exceeding 30 cm by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire.

Supply & fixing of 4ft 18 watt 2100 Lumen o/p, colour temperature 5500 K twin LED light fitting with tube Iight on the wall/celling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with "L" type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos fastener and other side connected with the fitting with suitable size of bolt and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, "L" type [125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25 mm width MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc, by 3x22/0.3 mm (1.5sqmm) 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of 1.10 mt length, (Make- Philips, Cat No. TMC 502P 2xT LED 22W P3242,LED Cat No-MAS LED tube 1200mm 18w865 T8 I, similar to Crompton/Wipro- brand approved by EIC.

Extra for suspension exceeding 25 cm with S&F additional 2 no. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necy. PVC insulated wire and painting etc. as required by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

Supply & Fixing 240 V 6 A Modular type switch (Legrand make) on existing GI Modular type switch board having top cover plate and making necessary connections as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand make), without plug top and switch, on existing GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 16 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand Approved by EIC) with 16A Modular type switch, without plug top on 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 16 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand make), without plug top and switch, on existing GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & Fixing of 6 modular GI Modular Switch Board (Brand Approved by EIC) complete with three no. suitable size Copper bar with holes (for Ph, N & E) fixed on bakelite/Hard Rubber insulator over the MS welded chairs incl. top cover flushed in wall for housing the board after cutting the brick wall incl. making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240V, Modular Socket (2 Module) type fan regulator (Step type) (Legrand make) on existing Modular GI switch board with top cover plate incl. making necy. connections etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of 12" Al louver shutter on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) etc. as per direction of EIC.
