Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in Surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ , laid flat in floors, old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour for sub class B bricks laid on edge in floors old soize bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50M above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping and like, etc seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, kerbs with rounded or chamfered angles and threating including use of form work and finishing the concrete surfaces all as speciified in clause 4.11.16.2 (d) of MES Schedule (Nominal Mix) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends all as specified and as directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. (MS Angle 50x50x6mm) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix to wall ties, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, boarding, wind tie,purlins and iron grill for window etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-250 all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar exc half brick but n exc. One brick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to to new steel surface n. exc. 10cm in width or girth,when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and as directed.
