SUB-HEAD : EARTH WORK
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Providing and fixing Automatic Sliding Hermetic (airtight) Operation Theatre Door having clear opening size 1500 mm × 2100 mm, constructed of stainless steel (SS 304 grade) for both frame and shutter, inner core filled with polyurethane foam or honeycomb structure for soundproofing and insulation, with anti-bacterial and anti-static finish. Door to have hermetic sealing track design, rubber gaskets for air-tight closure, infrared sensors, foot sensor, touchscreen operation panel (inside & outside OT), integration with access control (keypad/biometric), automatic interlocking system, fire-rated version, low-noise (<50 dB) motorized sliding mechanism with manual override, obstacle detection, and anti-pinch safety mechanism. The system shall comply with ISO 14644 (Cleanroom Standards), CE Certification, and other applicable OT safety norms. Providing and Fixing uPVC Windows / Ventilators Providing, supplying and fixing pristine white finish uPVC windows and ventilators, Fenesta or equivalent approved make, complete in all respects and as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The manufacturer shall have own in-house production facilities in India for extrusion and fabrication and shall control the entire cycle from extrusion, fabrication, installation to post-sales service. uPVC profiles shall be of high-impact modified grade, manufactured from tropicalized blend with TiO₂ and required additives, colorfast and conforming to EN 12608, with profile wall thickness minimum 2.3 mm to 1.8 mm (±0.3 mm). Profiles shall be multi-hollow (minimum 2–3 chambers) and provided with continuous GI steel reinforcement in closed chambers, zinc coated minimum 120 GSM, with reinforcement thickness 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm, designed to meet wind load requirements as per IS 875 (Part-III); supplier shall submit wind load calculations and validation accordingly. Windows shall be factory fabricated with fusion-welded corners and conform to applicable standards. All hardware fittings shall be SS-304 grade, except handles which shall be of zinc/aluminium alloy, casted and powder coated, including all accessories, fasteners and fittings, complete, finished, tested and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The uPVC profile shall carry 20 years warranty and hardware 5 years warranty from date of installation. Manufacturer/supplier shall be BSI certified and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliant and shall submit approved test certificates for weather resistance, fire propagation, energy simulation, uPVC profile, silicone sealant, salt spray, Zn coating on reinforcement, gasket performance, scratch resistance, tensile strength, Charpy impact strength and Vicat softening temperature (VST). Frames shall be fixed using M8 × 80/100 mm fasteners at 300–350 mm c/c, including filling of gaps with PU foam and approved weather-seal silicone, use of masking tape for neat finish, complete with final alignment, smooth operation and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SUB-HEAD:WATER PROOFING WORK
Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of applying :
(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.
(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof, podium by two component cementitious coating over single component acrylic coating as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of: a) Surface preparation:Ensure all RCC repair work completion from civil contractors and taking handover. Surface cleaning will be done by means of wire brushing, Chiseling and light surface grinding shall be done if required. Laitance shall be removed and cleaned properly. Substrates must be free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. b) Crack treatment: Cracks will be opened in a V shape by making a groove of 20mm wide and 25mm deep. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6). V shape groove feel with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40)
c) Making Angle Fillet: Making Angle Fillet (50 mm x 50 mm) in the junction of roof slab & parapet wall. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6).The junction will be treated by polymer modified mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40). d) Bore Packing: (If Required)Wherever applicable after making groove, Grouting the all the pipe line joints with, cementitious general purpose grout (Mix density= 2100-2300 Kg/m³, Compressive strength= 50MPa @28days). Then the area should be treated with the application of Epoxy resin-based putty ( Mix density= 1.55 Kg/ltr., Compressive strength= 50N/mm² @7days, Bond strength> 2.5N/mm², Drying time= 8hrs.) & necessary suitable curing to be taken place.
e) Screed concrete with Integral Waterproof compound f) Primer Coat:The entire substrate will be treated by applying coating of single component acrylic coating as Primer @ 0.6-0.8 kg /m2. g) Mixing & Application of two component cementitious waterproofing coating(Elongation>150%): Mixing:Take a purely clean container. Slowly add the powder to the liquid (2:1 ratio) and mix, using a slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle (350-400 rpm).The material should be mixed for 3-4 minutes till we get a homogeneous mix which is free of any lumps. Leave the mix for few minutes & allow the entrapped air to be free.
Application: The prepared substrate should be in SSD (Surface saturated dry) condition with water. Please ensure there should not be any standing water in the surface before application of the 1st coat slurry by hard brush. Allow the first coat to dry completely for overnight before applying the second coat. Apply second coat at right angles to the first coat. Apply the mixed material over prepared substrate with specified coverage of 1.3 kgs / Sqm (Coverage may vary depending upon the nature and texture of the substrate) as per manufacturer recommendation.Quartz sand to be sprinkled uniformly over the 2nd coat when it is still in tacky condition.Allow the coating to cure for at least 3 days. h) Protection against external Damages: When the cementitious membrane is cured, the treated floor area to be covered with screed concrete average 50 mm thick and coating (For wall) shall be covered with a layer or protective plaster (6 mm) using cement mortar @ 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound @200 gm per 50kg bag of cement.

OXYGEN SYSTEM
Providing and fitting, fixing Oxygen manifold of size 10 + 10 cylinders of following features: Oxygen manifold, extendable type for the required size of bulk Oxygen cylinders. Manifold shall be suitable to withstand a working pressure of 140 kg/cm2 and shall be tested after installation at 300 kg/cm2 and desired oxygen cylinder pressure. It shall have high pressure copper manifold tail pipes (2 Nos. each) with one end having Brass adapter suitable for oxygen cylinders and other end suitable for manifold non return valves. Manifold shall also have brass non-return valves (2 Nos. each) for individual oxygen cylinders. Manifold middle frame of required size shall be made with circumferential mild steel flat duly powder coated with black colour and along with chain for individual bulk oxygen cylinder
Providing and fitting, fixing Oxygen emergency minor manifold of size 2 + 2 cylinders having following features : Separate bank consisting of required No. of cylinders which will be connected to the main line through regulators after isolating the control panel to ensure uninterrupted supply of medical oxygen in case of manifold / control panel is inoperative. The regulators will have gauges to show status or standby cylinders and delivered line pressure and have safety valve set to blow at pressure above 100 psi.
Providing and fitting, fixing of Control panel for Oxygen 10 + 10 manifold.The panel shall consist of 2 Nos. pressure regulators, one line regulator, 2 high pressure gauges (4" diameter) and one pressure gauge 4" diameter and inter-connecting piping, connecting all these items. Control panel shall give required output (LPM). The electrical circuits shall consist of a step down transformer, 3 Nos. enunciator windows showing' Power On', 'Line Pressure Normal' and 'Reserve in Use'. All these items shall be housed in a metal cabinet made out of MS plate and side wall & top made of MS sheet duly painted with best quality of Epoxy paint. Principles of working: The downstream pressure of both the pressure regulators shall be set at a differential pressure. After opening the cylinder on both the banks, gas shall start flowing through the regulator whose pointer is on duty. Once this bank becomes empty the other bank shall takeover automatically. At this point, turn regulator handle anti clock-wise and bring the pointer on reserve and turn regulator handle (whose pointer is on reserve) clockwise and bring it to duty. Cycle shall be repeated as and when duty bank shall become empty. 1. No interruption of gas supply in case of power failure. 2. Status of each bank is indicated on big pressure gauges. 3. Line pressure is indicated in the small pressure gauge.

Providing, fabricating and installing office furniture of various sizes and shapes such as file board shelves, book shelves, working tables with drawer facilities, small tables, wall paneling/partition walls etc. Specification: Providing, making, and installation of office furniture of different dimensions and configurations (e.g., file board shelf, book shelf, working table with drawer unit, small table, etc.), fabricated at site using 19 mm thick solid boiling water proof (BWP) plywood conforming to IS: 710:2010, of approved make, including necessary carpentry/making charges, cost of approved synthetic resin-based adhesive (Fevicol SH or equivalent), stainless steel screws/nails, edge smoothening, and preparation for lamination. Supply, installation, and positioning of Stainless Steel 3-Seater Patient Waiting Chair Specification: Providing and placing hospital-grade patient waiting chair of 3-seater capacity, made of high-quality Stainless Steel Grade 304, suitable for indoor public waiting areas. Providing and fixing Aluminium Profile-Based Name Boards and Signages Specification: Providing and fixing name boards and directional signages of specified and approved sizes, fabricated using anodized aluminium extruded profile frame of premium quality, with 3 mm thick high-density foam base panel for lettering background. The boards shall carry computer-cut, self-adhesive vinyl letters, symbols, or pictograms (e.g., room names, directions, fire exit signs, etc.) in English and/or local language, as per design and sample approved by the Architect.
