Each tenderer in its name should have Executed and satisfactorily completed in urban conditions, Project Management Consultancy for at least one similar work such as Improvements/Development of Roads and Culverts, Footpath and drains for any govt body which the total Value of Construction project is not less than Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid

Achieved at least in two Financial Year a minimum Average Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs.40.00 lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish the Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal.

The Consultancy Firm / Company must have experience in the field of engineering consultancy for last 5 years providing, project management and advisory services for State Government and their undertaking agencies. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment and proof of permanent employment in consultancy shall submit with bid

Consultant should have an Own NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) Laboratory or may associate with research / educational institutions or memorandum of understanding with any NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories). BBMP reserves the right to inspect the laboratories, disqualify without assigning any reason if the consultant does not meet the requirement criteria of BBMP. NABL certification of the laboratory with respect to specific work and specific test relating to the items to be tested for work is mandatory. Else, NABL accreditation will not be considered. Academic institutions shall possess accreditation from NBA/NAAC/UGC/AICTE
