SCHEDULE 'A'

Supply, & installation, testing and commissioning out door type, trolley mounted step down transformer, 11KV/ 433 Volts ( At no load) AC 3 ph, 50 Hz, energy efficient level - 2 confirming to IS 1180 (Part-I), capacity 500 KVA , core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- air -natural (ONAN), Class A insulation lamination CRGO(M-4 grade) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side( LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn- 11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings at +/- 2.5% to +/- 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree C (IS 1180) in oil and 55 degree C in HV /LV windings when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 45 degree C and shall also comprise of the following:- (a) 01cable box chamber on HV side( primary) consisting of 03 Nos bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers, with 01 No cable gland suitable for HT cable. (b) 01 cable End box on LV side( secondary) consisting of 04 Nos bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washers, with 01 No cable gland suitable for LT cable. (c ) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain plug and oil level gauge.

(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of silica gel. (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting hucks, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete. Air release valve plug at four Nos plate soil cast steel detachable rollers. (f) 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree C for monitoring temperature of oil (OTI) and winding (WTI) with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with resetting device. (g) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x6 mm GI earth strip for earthing of body. Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) Extra bushing for natural, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for natural. (j) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS- 335 marked (make: savita / Power Oil) filtered and tested up to 60 KV die electric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Supply and fabrication of 04 wheelers trolley for 500 KVA transformer fabrication with C channels frame work in outer body with carrying capacity of 5Ton with toiling hook in front side and full disc rotation handbreak mechanism sockabsoberbs,leaf set etc.with suitable hub and disc fitted in MS square rod and complete with MS based plate anof 5 mm thick in top along with trolley along with power cable and earthing materials(both side copper lugs fitted flexible copper brraded jumper minimum 04 meter each for earthing for 04 Nos )Storage space in storage with locking system fencing, hand jackie 04 Nos, wheels spanners and hand air pump etc. including of 02 coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of anti corrosive paint complete as per directed. Note: Quoted rates are inclusive of complete trolley with suitable size tyre with tube, capable to wear the load of 500KVA including trolley's weight

Dismantling of 4 poles structure made of concrete poles alongwith GOS/DO / MS Brazings/ insulators any type and taking old old earthing pit & removing debris form site all as specified and making good existing surfaces after removing the HT pole from its existing position and shifted out of the site / station.

Taking electric supply shutdown from KSEBL and remove carefully the existing defective CT/PT Unit from over head structure and HT TOD meter from Meter Box depositing to MES Store Yard Note : The quoted rates are inclusive of the T&P , labour and safety equipments including electric supply shutdown, disconnecting all 11KV connections and HT ST joint kit of suitable size for existing cable etc.
