Chair tubular Steel with/ without arms/ Chair tubular with cushioned seat and back:- (Drg No. FD-75(M)

Removing the broken seat and replacing it with new seat of cushion 75mm thick 32 density fixed on 12mm thick plywood, made with 7 number ply duly covered with tapestry/latherite not less than Rs 280/- per Mtr and as approved by GE. The cushioned seat is to be fixed on 02 Nos MS Flat iron of size 25 mm x 3mm welded to the frame of the chair joining the side rails as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the broken seat and replacing it with new back of cushion 50mm thick 32 density made to shape and fixed on 12mm thick plywood, made with 7 number ply duly covered with tapestry/latherite not less than Rs 280/- per Mtr and as approved by GE. The cushioned seat is to be fixed on 02 Nos MS Flat iron of size 25 mm x 3mm welded to the frame of the chair joining the back side rails as specified by Engineer-in-charge

Removing the broken seat and replacing it with new seat woven with 2mm wide plastic cane of primier /shah brand as per Godrej pattern to be fixed to MS cleats with 04 Nos machine nuts and bolts 75x4 mm with washer to Chair CB Steel with/without arms, frame of seat shall be made of best quality Ist class seasoned hard wood ,free from knots and infection all as specified and shown on drg and shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer. Note: MS cleats 25mmx3mm wherever missing shall be welded to the frame of seat and then the new seat shall be fixed to frame with machine nuts and bolts.

Supply and fixing in replacement of arm to chair CB steel with arms of best quality Ist class hard wood teak, free from knots, infection, as per drg duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Supply and fixing PVC toes to chair CB steel with/without arms of standard approved quality.

Supply and fixing PVC plug to the top of chairs CB steel with /without arms of standard approved quality.

Material and labour for removing denting wherever required making the surface smooth after removing old paint, scrubbing with emery paper, filling putty at required places and spray painting to Chair tubular steel with arms with two coats of 1st quality enamel paint in OG shade over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 7.08 here in before but chair tubular steel without arms.

Side Board. (Drg No : FD-241)

Removing old u/s top of side board and supply and fixing new top made out of 19mm thick commercial particle board over which 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet is fixed with natural teak face irrespective what is shown in drgs. (Drg No : FD-241)

Removing old u/s back of side board and supply and fixing new side board made out of 6mm thick commercial plywood irrespective what is shown in drgs. (Drg No : FD-241)

Removing old u/s drawer of side board and supply and fixing new drawer. The front of drawer shall have 19mm thick veneer one face particle board side and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick particle board having commercial ply on both sides. Bottom of drawer shall be made of 6mm thick plywood commercial, irrespective what is shown in drgs. (Drg No : FD-241)

Removing old u/s shutter of side board and supply and fixing new shutter made out of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board 1 face teak veneer. The shutter shall have continuous piano hinges, irrespective what is shown in drgs. (Drg No : FD-241)

Chair Visitor/Chair writing cushioned (MAP) (TP) :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable seat of chair visitor with new seat made of 75mm thick foam 32 density covered with new tapestry cloth in dark colour as approved by GE including 12mm thick curved plywood, made with 7 number ply for base and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 280/- per meter.

Polishing of wooden furniture:- Material and labour for cleaning and dusting of following furntiure articles by removing of unwanted settled dirt from every exposed wooden surface with rough sand paper, filling the cracks and gaps with putty, staining of wood surface with Raw sienna/burnt sienna and re-rubbing with fine sand paper to make the surface smooth and polishing with French Spirit Polish to be applied with soft Malmal cloth/ soft brush so as to give a glossy finish as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge :- (NOTE: The polishing shall be carried out at Furniture Yard and at the site of furniture as required and as directed by Engineer in charge)
