E-Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2023-24/PT-78 MPORTANT NOTES FOR BIDDERS: 1. Bidder to save downloaded BOQ (Bill of Quantity) in Excel 97-2003 Format only. 2. Bidder is liable to be rejected in case template of BOQ is modified / replaced and or scanned / photocopy of BOQ is uploaded. 3. Bidder is allowed to enter bidder Name and Values in BOQ (highlighted in Blue colour cell only). 4. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 5. Before quoting the rates, the tenderer should be well acquainted about the job to be carried out. Tenderers would be presumed to have acquainted themselves with the working conditions existing at the location, before submission of the tender. 6. BOQ amount is for one month of approximate job volume and is exclusive of GST. Same rate is applicable for the contract period, except for the escalations/ de-escalations as defined in the Tender Document. GST as applicable extra will be paid as per actual. Present rate of GST is 18% for the tendered job. 7. No Terms and conditions should be mentioned in the Quotation Sheet. If done so, the same will not be considered for any purpose. 8. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in highlighted cells, without changing any format. 9. Reverse Auction will be undertaken for this tender as per Tender Evaluation Criteria. 10. Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price Bid in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection. 11. Quoted rate (excess/less/at par)will apply uniformly to all line items while bidding or reverse auction, in percentage. 12. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same.
