PWD BSR 2022/ 13.1/ Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

PWD BSR 2022/ 13.15/ Patch repair to cement concrete floor including digging out old floor in regular shape and removal of rubbish curing etc. complete in all respects.

PWD BSR 2022/ 13.23/ Repair of existing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilator, MS sheet door, garge doors, compound wall gates etc. by welding drilling complete include. Cost of welding rods and hire charge of welding meachine and TP etc complete

PWD BSR 2022/ 13.24/ Labour charges for repair to door / window without using any material such as applying randha (finishing) tightening of bolts & screw etc

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.41/ Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.41.1/ New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.41.2/ Old work (One or more coats).

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.37/ Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.37.1/ New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer

PWD BSR 2022/ 12.37.2/ Old work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface and necessary repairs

PHED BSR 2023/ 4.7/ Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

PHED BSR 2023/ 4.8/ Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.

PHED BSR 2023/ 4.8.1/ M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

PHED BSR 2023/ 4.8.2/ Plain cement concrete pavement of M-30 Grade

PHED BSR 2020/ O &M 4.5/ Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16-gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars

PHED BSR 2020/ O &M 4.6/ Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.

PHED BSR 2020/ O &M 4.7/ Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator

PHED BSR 2020/ O &M 4.8/ Cleaning of PHED Campus (Includes Removal of garbage, Cleaning of light jungle and maintaining the area and disposal of all garbage outside Approved disposal place of Concern local bodies.

PHED BSR 2020/ O &M 4.9/ Providing, fabrication and fixing mainhole cover 600X600 size made of angles 50X50X6 mm frame,40X40X5 mm frame of cover, 6 mm thick MS sheet with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide With lock (minimum weight 50 Kg)
