Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep and surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair to pot holes depth exc 30mm,but n exc 50mm and n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using 8-12 ton capacity power roller complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 150mm spread thick of soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers ( 7.5 cm thick in each layer) (compacted thickness) grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances shall be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Preparing unsurfaces WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous cold emulsion @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen grade VG-30, roled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete with paving bitumin complete all as specified and directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying and spreading evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen cold emulsion @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using Paving Bitumin Grade VG-30) rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 12 tonne capacity mechanical power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of New/Old Road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' white or golden yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 803.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Road Stud (Cat Eye) of size100x100x26 mm body made of non breakable polycarbonate with electronicallywelded prismatic retro- reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro-reflection in wet and dry condition. Body shall be dust proof. I .e non dust accumulation on lense and space shall be built for finger grip, including fixing with bitumen adheshive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, man holes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP 2 of 300 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40mm graded aggregate, dia of pipe 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick (Soft/loose soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing where directed at a level exc 1.5 km to 5 km above the starting point complete all as specified & directed including unservicable material obtained from Item No 1

Mooram/red bajri , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required spread thickness n exc 10cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing demolished material outside MD land & diposing off complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness ,M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete including necessary levelling of Coarse aggregate for cushoning below paver block graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm spreading and levelling in layers of thickness 50 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerb including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling interlocking paver block ,making good the undulations/uneveness by levelling ramming the base & refixing the intelocking paver block with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed Note: After removing existing interlocking paver block necessary levelling shall be carried out using Coarse aggregate graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm for cushoning below paver block including necessary spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 50mm thick.
