Demolition of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane including cement screed, brick tiling including mud mortar or lime concrete and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material and removing unserviceable material, outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note for all Item of roof treatment :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement as in roof padding treatement to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement slurry admixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer (slurry will be prepared as per manufacturer direction) as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance. Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only. 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

Disconnecting and dismantling of water storage tank and removing from the site of following capacity of tank complete all as specified and as directed:-

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, double layer construction, ISI mark (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug ,20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings and 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Min weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms / 40mm- 690 gms) of following capacity of tank complete all as specified and as directed:-

Taking up or down steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :-

S&F galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling or laid in trenches of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :-

20 mm bore

Refixing old galvanised steel water tubing, with all new fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling or laid in trenches of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :-

20 mm bore

S&F 20 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/hard standing/footpath complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on concrete block wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:4), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L preparation of new or plastered or unplastered surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical system from internal and external wall in any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old or plastered or unplastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
