| 4.00 | M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :-
(a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated.
(b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.60 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/hard standing/footpath complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 15mm thick plastering on concrete block wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:4), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
M&L preparation of new or plastered or unplastered surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.
Complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical system from internal and external wall in any height complete all as specified and directed.
M&L preparation of old or plastered or unplastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
