CIVIL WORKS

Flooring

Providing flooring with Premium quality of vitrified floor tiles confirming to ISO 13006/EN 176 Group BIa with tech.specification as Mohs scratch hardness greater than 6,Water Absorption of 0.06%, Modulus of Rupture greater than 27 N/mm, Deep Abrasion resistant less than 204 mm cube, Surface flatness Straightness of sides ± 0.25%, thickness ± 5% of size of approved colour and size & thick as specified below, set in with cement slurry spread at the rate of 4.4 kg of cement per sqm over 20mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) and pointing with Laticrete make Latapoxy SP 100 of approved make, to matching colour shade as per Manufacturer's Specification and as directed.( size and pattern as per the approved drawing) by Employer / Architect.1200 by 800 mm size . Basic cost of tile Rs.120.00/sft.

Providing and fixing spacers for tiles as per instructions with all leads and lifts complete at all locations as per detailed designs, drawings, specifications and grouting these joints of larger width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70Kg of organic coated fillerof desired shade as directed by the Project Manager.

Providing skirting 100 mm high with vitrified tile of approved or equivalent make, 7.5/9mm thick set in Laticrete adhesive L290 including pointing with Latapoxy SP 100 joint filler compound of Laticrete or approved matching shade and all as per Manufacturer's Specification. Rate shall include for chasing of wall, preparation of base surface and acid wash at all levels and as directed ( SKIRTING IN CONCRETE WALL)

Providing & laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level upto floor v level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of incharge. It includes curing of block work for a minimum period of 10 days, etc. complete as directed by Project Manager. The rate to include all labour, lead & lifts, material, scaffolding, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, conveyance, storing, handling, wastages and other incidentals.

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4(1cement:4sand)

Providing and laying Screed concrete in 1:2:4 with 20mm and down graded stone aggregates wherever to required thickness, slope and trowel finished smooth as directed including levelling, compacting, all leads and lifts with necessary curing and shuttering etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and constructing RCC lintels for brick work at all levels and locations with labour, lead & lifts, material, scaffolding, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, conveyance, storing, handling, wastages and other incidentals with (1:1.5:3) (1cement:1.5coarse sand:3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete aove plinth level TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

GYPSUM BOARD PARTITION

100mm thick partition with 2 nos. 12.5 mm Gyp board on both sides of aluminium frames of 50x50X2 mm, vertically at about 600mm centres varied along columns wall ends, junctions of walls, as necessary, framework over the slim line partition from false ceiling level to soffit of slab. The horizontal and vertical joints of the Panel to be staggered and all joints to be taped and finished with joint Paper tape and jointing compound. And the boards to be filled with Acoustic insulation with either rock or glass wool ( Density 22 kg/m3 ) wrapped with tissue paper, wool shall be wire braced to prevent it from lumping down over a preiod of time.The Gypsum board joints to be finished in all respects (using tape, wall putty if required) ready to receive interior finishes, as per project specifications.The vertical frames fixed to soffit of slab with necessary screws, MS clamps, rawl plugs, expansion fasteners, etc., complete.

FALSE CEILING

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70%, NRC 0.50, Light Reflectance >80%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS476 Pt:6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 14 mm & suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 55%. The grid should be of “Armstrong” make with 24mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 120 grams per M2 & passed through 72 hrs of Salt test. To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum centre. The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres.M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a Galvanised Thickness of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.68 mm of 1.83 m length., thickness of 80gsm and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa, along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner.

INTERNAL PAINTING

Providing &applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (volatile organic compund) content, with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50gms/litre.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: two or more coats on new work

Centering & shuttering including struting , propping etc.and removal of form in all heights for lintel, beam,cantilevers etc.

Grinding the surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly & removing laitance completely. Providing & applying Flowprime as primer coat.Providing & applying 5mm thick Flowshield SL Self Smooting Epoxy Flooring as approved colour and allow it dry as per manufacturer's specifications etc. and as directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) Aluminum works for doors, windows , ventilators etc. with Indal sections as per approved drawing, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws, hinges, tower bolts , window stay etc. all complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
