Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six coarse sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty millimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm ( Five centimetre) to 20 cm ( twenty centimetre) in under floor, sockpit and, in recharge pit, in the required thickness including carriage of materials with in all lifts and other incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm ( One point six zero + zero point two millimetre ) thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 ( Three hundred four ) grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm ( One hundred x eight millimetre ) size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st (First) class hard wood and well matched teak 3 (Three) ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm ( Thirty five milimetre) thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25mm (Seven hundred sixty two millimetre by twenty five millimetre) or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (one millimetre) (± 0.3 mm) (plus minus zero point three millimetre). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm (twenty three by ten millimetre) arprovided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm (twenty five millimetre).
