Providing, driving and installing driven cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) :

Mass Excavation including backfilling (include obtaining permission of Govt. authority and paying fees / royalty if any also providing debris management and submitting plan to local authority) in all kinds of soil, wet or dry (such as yellow murrum, hard murrum / gravel or mixture of any kind, etc.), in loose and slushy condition, including soft rock, to the required level by mechanical equipments (JCB / Poclain) for foundation trenches, rafts of walls, plinths, including carting away and disposing off surplus excavated material (outside IIMA Campus at locations approved by local authority as per their rule) as directed by PM including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, spreading, levelling, watering and compacting in layer not exceeding 150mm in depth in each layer and stacking of excavated material for back filling within the premises; if required, dewatering by bailing/pumping out water to keep the site dry at all times, making temporary stepping / sloping, shoring with planking, strutting, sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides, levelling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets and consolidating them by backfilling as directed by the PM. Further Rate shall include manual excavation and final dressing to arrive at required level. Rate should include breaking clods, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at inaccessible places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content; dressing up embankments; if required, bailing/pumping out of water to keep site dry while back filling; costs includes conveyance of all materials, labour, machinery etc. complete. Rate shall also inclusive of removal of foundation of existing boundary wall.

Providing, diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete. Work to be carried out as per IS : 6313 (Part II), as per approved manufacturer's instructions and recommendation, and installed by manufacturer's approved agency with a guarantee of 10 years, all to the satisfaction of the PM. (Plinth area in plan at ground level shall be measured for payment).
STRUCTURAL WORK CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST – IN- SITU)
Providing, machine mixing and laying Plain cement concrete (PCC) of required thickness including compacting, curing, dewatering where required and vibrating, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions, etc.; complete at all depths and leads as per the drawing and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge.

REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :
Foundations, footings, bases of columns, columns, beams, plinth / tie beams, slab etc.
Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.
Providing, transporting to site, storing, de-coiling (if required), straightening, cutting, bending, spirally hooping, binding and placing, in position reinforcement bars, to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications, preparing and getting approved bar-bending schedules for all reinforced concrete works with correct size of heavy duty PVC / concrete (of same grade of concrete) cover blocks and galvanized binding wire of 18 gauge, required dewatering, provide required labour and machines / equipment / tools / tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. The rate shall include cost of concrete cover blocks, binding wire, all chairs, spacers and pins etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the PM at all depths, height, lift & leads.
Corrosion Resistance Steel with (Fe 500D) having chemical composition of Carbon - 0.25% (Max), Sulphur - 0.04% (Max), Phosphorus - 0.04% (Max) and Copper - 0.40% (Min)
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights, lead and lifts. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix shall not be payable/recoverable separately). Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position designed approved brand formwork system using 18mm thick plastic coated shuttering plywood PERI make or equivalent, shuttering giving fair finish concrete surfaces, making leak proof joints, using required couplers, tie bolts, M.S. ties, concrete spacer wheels or SS spacers, providing openings / cut-outs / pockets, niches, grooves, drip course, etc.; using required deshuttering emulsion which will not stain the concrete, etc. complete at all height, depths, lead & lift and required any height staging and supporting sturdy and braced. Also include removing & dismantling the aforesaid assembly after specified or as approved period from the day of casting of concrete. Shuttering design shall take into account staging, supporting, grooves as required in single or double row, construction joints in shape and forms as detailed in the Architectural drawing. The Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Architect/ EIC shuttering drawings showing mould details, its fixing, finish, construction joints proposed, leak proofing etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect/ Project. The shuttering thickness, support and bracing should be as per shop drawings submitted by contractor & approved by the structural engineer. (Maximum no. of uses - 2) (Note : Diamond Core cutting / making opening for AC ducts, sleeves etc. shall not be paid extra) (For Exposed concrete)
Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminium base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical location in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it’s components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self –centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in-Charge . (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)
Floor Joint of 100 mm gap
Providing and Filling the gap of expansion joint by weather/ structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant with application of primer including scraping/ removing the expansion filler materials from joints, cleaning, repairing of the edges with epoxy mortar of approved color and make, placing over backer rod of approved make and required size, fixing of abro tapes on the edges to prevent the adjoining surface, at all levels/ all floors / all height etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Premoulded Compressible, high performance closed cell, bitumen free expansion joint filler board of specified thickness in black colour of approved make, having minimum density 95 Kg/Cum, Non Staining with less than 1% water absorption & compression recovery of 93% minimum as per specifications including cutting to required size and shape, at all levels/ all floors/ all heights, etc. complete, as per drawings/ specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge.
i) 75 mm thick filler board
Preparing shop drawings, obtaining Structural Consultant's approval, designing, providing, transporting, fabricating in accordance with IS:800, delivering at site, hoisting and fixing in position at all locations and levels, including all temporary staging and supporting work and making all structural steel work in accordance with the design, drawings prepared by the Consultants. The rate of steel work shall include cutting, grinding, machining, assembly, welding, jointing, of single / building up new sections etc., cost of fasteners (nuts, bolts and washers), pre-heating the sections to temperatures up to 250oC if thickness of the section is equal to or more than 25 mm. Fabrication will involve connections using plates, channels and angles, gusset plate, foundation bolts, cleats, fasteners, stiffeners etc. as per drawing, steel conforming to IS : 226 and IS : 2062 with minimum yield strength of 250 Mpa. The rate shall also include one coat of zinc rich primer after properly cleaning the steel surface with wire brush and mild acid solution followed by washing with water and drying the surface completely, to be applied to individual fabricated parts of the structure prior to their erection & assembly in their final place. The rate shall also include the synthetic enamel paint system in approved shade and of approved make as per recommendations of paint manufacturer to the approval of PM.a) All structural steel (minimum 250 Mpa grade) in the form of plates, angels, box sections, channels, RS joists etc. shall conform to IS : 2062.
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
Providing and fixing Medium duty injection adhesive of approved make for rebar fixing in Dry conditions for below specified dia. Drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener with standard dispenser in hole and then fixing the re-bar, The system should be made of two foils consisting of resin and Hardener foil pack. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations. Rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding and for all places and all heights etc. and work shall be carried out as per direction of Engineer. Reinforcements shall be paid in relevant tender item. (Pull out testing up to 1% of total rebar is to be produced by manufacturer)

BRICK WORK
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :
Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
Extra for brick work / AAC block masonry in superstructure above floor V level, for each four floors or part thereof by mechanical means.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100mm/ 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in below plinth/ super structure at all levels with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer in- Charge.
Providing and constructing about Exposed brick masonry with approved quality modular exposed bricks of having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sqm and water absorption maximum 10% of approved manufacturer as per sample approval by the Architect/ Project manager; for walls, columns, arches etc. including preparing surfaces, cleaning, , soaking/wetting, doing sample layout for approval of the Architect/ Engineer in charge prior to execution of main work. Masonry to be carried out with cement mortar 1:5 (Cement : 5 Coarse Sand) mixed with approved non-shrinking compound as per manufacturer’s instruction in specified courses of approved bond, raking out joints, cleaning, curing, clear pointing all complete as per specifications etc. at all heights, depths and leads. Joints in the exposed brick work shall be truly horizontal and vertical and kept uniform with the help of wooden or steel strips. The thickness of joints shall be 10mm. all in required line, level and plumb as per details / specifications / instructions, at all heights and leads, required double legged / Mason's scaffolding, tools / plants / tackles all complete. Further, masonry to be cured for at-least 7 days and then doing Beaded (extruded) pointing with cement mortar mix 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine Sand) including grinding the exposed brick surface smooth and edges sharp as detailed to the approval. (Note: Contractor to protect work in progress or completed work till satisfactory handing over the work; without any extra cost) Also rate shall inclusive of providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane -Siloxane coating of Wacker BS-209 or approved equivalent make, to exposed brick masonry surfaces at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of EIC. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 10 years.
Fixing available (stacked at site) Precast coping (Approx. 365mm wide x 90mm thick)in place as directed by Engineer in charge over 12 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.

Providing & fixing SS 304 grade push-pull pair of handle made out of satin (brush) finish of approved make with necessary screws etc. complete for wooden doors/ aluminium doors/ metal doors as per drawing as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be for all heights, all floors and all places. The length of handle should be perfect center to center as below specified. Providing and fixing Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI against Test Schedule Ref No FR/0046 for maximum rating of 2hrs tested. Doors shall be finished in Thermosetting Powder Coating desired RAL Shades. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Door frame shall be single rebate profile of section 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet with a factory pre-punched groove so as to accommodate Fire & smoke seal size 10x4mm. Frames shall be butt jointed and field assembled with bolting system for proper strength. The frames shall be finished with Thermosetting Powder Coating in desired RAL Shade. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Shutter shall be fixed to frame with 120 min fire rated SS 304 Ball Bearing Butt Hinges of size 100mm x 75mm x 3 mm CE marked (no of hinge as suggested by Engineer In Charge). Shutter shall be with bottom seal of approved make as per manufacturer's specification. Door leaf shall be minimum 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be Rockwool treated with Viper FRS 881 LH. All doors NSD 12049 shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. Door shutter shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved color. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Rate shall be inclusive of shutter with infill material, bottom seal, hinge, finishing cost and installation but excluding the cost of Vision panel and all hardware.
Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm./m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/ powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc. complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in charge with glass of required thickness having 120 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW120) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shall be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not be more than 1100x2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 Sqm.
Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick flush door shutters (including SS butt hinges with screws) conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including pressed steel frame, 2nd class teak wood lipping and 1mm thick high pressure laminate as per followings a) Pressed steel door frames (Profile B) conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge fixed with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb. b) Lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters c) 1mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Providing & fixing Fire Barrier mortar with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with BS 476 part 20 and UL 1479 for horizontal openings in fire rated floors or slabs and vertical openings in walls for passing service shafts. The service lines could be of various types like electrical cables trays, metal pipes, Ducts for AC, etc. The product shall be age tested as per Dafstb and DIBT standards. The product should be tested for mould resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96. The product shall be tested and approved by third party agencies such as UL and FM. The mortar should be tested in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999-11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-history method and VERTEQII for relevant seismic zone. The product shall bear the UL and FM approval logo on the packing where applicable.
FLOORING flooring (for all type of flooring) shall be as drawing provided by Architect. The contractor shall prepare mock-up prior to execution of work for the approval of the architect/EIC.

FINISHING WORKS
Providing and applying Hydrophobic Silane - Siloxane coating of Wacker BS-290 make or approved equivalent make, to exposed concrete surfaces at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet or as recommended by approved manufacturer including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double legged scaffolding etc complete. The rate includes the cost of all materials, its application by specialized applicators by spray coating with airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per particular specification & directions of EIC. Guarantee Bond in the prescribed proforma shall be executed by the contractor for the satisfactory performance of the application for 7 years.
Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) mixed with approved polypropylene fibres as per instruction of the approved manufacturer, to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces and applying approved chemical bonding agent and applying a scratch coat over concrete surfaces by bonding / adhesive chemical coat as directed by approved manufacturer to create a key, cleaning / grooving deep junctions of concrete & masonry, grouting them back by mortar mixed with non shrinking compound along with packing of clean, fresh square cut aggregate; further providing 150mm wide 20 gauge GI chicken mesh at junctions of concrete and masonry work, including preparing and finishing jambs, sills, grooves, pattas, wattas, rounding of corners, etc. all complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and finished smooth with wooden rundha etc. or as specified by the PM at all leads, depth and lifts, doing independent double-legged scaffolding, cleaning of surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specification and to the approval of the PM.

Providing and fixing Toilet cubical systems of approved equivalent make and manufactured in standard dimensions of 600mm ± 10mm width door size with 12mm thick solid Compact Laminate panels made of KRAFT paper impregnated with Phenolic resins under high pressure and temperature, including doors, pilasters & intermediate panels, which should be resistant to heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch and impact. Finished product should be as per approved texture, shade & drawing, detailing and developed according to IS-2046 and BS-476/97 standards. The toilet cubicle setup shall include necessary hardware fittings, made out of stainless steel (Grade-304), as per manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer-in-charge. In absence of brick walls, stainless steel corner bends (connected to the top rail) will be used on the corners of the cubicle. All screws should be of stainless steel (Grade-304). The base of the stainless steel bottom cladding will be anchored to the floor with a clearance height of 150mm.The intermediate panel shall be of one continuous panel without any joint. All visible edges will be chamfered.

Fire Paint & Primer Works Step 1 (Done at paint booth / closed premises (fabrication yard) Supply and applying fire retardant paint comprising of the following :- Surface treatment: -Abrasive blast cleaning as per ISO 8501-1988 to SA 2 1/2 Standard. 1st Coat: Providing & applying Two Component Zinc Phosphate cured Epoxy Primer. The primer shall be applied by airless spray. Brush shall be used for strip coatings to cover edges, weld seams,etc.The Dry film thickness (DFT thickness) shall be 75 microns. For Internal Surface :The recoat interval shall be maximum 10 Hrs at 23 Deg C . External Surface : Minimum recoat interval of not more than 2 hrs at 23 Deg C. Step 2 (Done at site - post erection) 2nd Coat :- Solvent Born or Water Born thin film single pack (from one part material) Intumescent Paint of approved make. The number of coatings and DFT (Dry film thickness) shall be as per particular specifications provided and manufacturer's specification to meet fire rating mentioned below: Finish Coat :- One-pack hard and glossy topcoat Poly Urethane based paint with good weather resistance (VOC Less than 250 g/l as per EPA method 24).The product hard dry time should not be more than 1.5 hrs @ 23 degree C. The Dry Film thickness shall be 60microns.The product should exhibit Gloss between 88% to 90% as per ASTM D 523 and gloss retention of a minimum 80% after 2000 hrs, exposure to UV-A Florescent lamp, as per ASTM D 587. The rate includes cost of preparation surface for receiving intumescent paint, including cost of supplying and applying a mist coat of suitable surface tolerant primer at site before applying fire paint, cost of all paints i.e. both Intumescent paint and PU paint, all cost of application of both Intumescent paint and PU paint,cost of all scaffolding, labour charges for working at all leads, levels & heights etc. complete as per particular specifications & as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The certificate of fire rating as per approved norms shall be submitted by the contrcatorin approved format. Measurement: Surface Area painted (only exposed area i.e. one time measurement after completion of Top coat) shall be measured and paid.

WATERPROOFING WORK
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ Sqm of cement admixed joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in-Charge :

Providing and laying of light weight Concrete fill on structural slab using light weight aggregates of perlite having higher compressive strength and highest fire resistance with thermal / acoustic insulation properties, anti-corrosion, anti-condensation, etc. of perlite in the required proportion to get the desired density, mixing, transportation, placing, compacting and finishing to the required level with necessary side supports, equipments, etc. complete. Rate shall include for preparation of surface, protecting the laid pipes and sanitary fittings, finishing the surface smooth to receive the top coat of water proofing application etc. complete and all as directed by Engineer in-charge. (600 Kg/ Cum density)
Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion. The laid brick bat mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required. Further surfaces shall be screened with cement concrete mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone grit of size 6 mm and below by volume) admixed with approved integral water proofing compound in recommended proportion, laid to an average thickness of 25mm and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such that the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed. This shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 72 hours.(Rate includes cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights). For payment the area of sunken slab and the depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured.
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fibre brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI - 212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
ROOFING & CEILING
Providing and fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @ 120 grams per Sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet,pre-coated steel of size (24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 24x28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm and size 24 x 28mm made of 0.33mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600mm panel to from grid of size 600x600mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying 15mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture (Spintone / Cosmos/hexa) in the grid including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main 'T' , bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area shall be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC. value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non - combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity < 0.043 w/m 0 KC.

( 6 mtrs. above ground)with one/two/three/four arms. The pole shall be directly buried in the ground at a depth of 1.5 mtrs. below average ground level. The job includes excavation of earth, putting the pole in plumb, and concreting with 1:4:8 mixture of cement, grit and sand. The dimension of concrete base shall be of 750 x 750 x 1500 mm high. and bottom base shall be of 1000 x 1000 x 150 mm. thick. Sheet of 200 Ltrs . Diesel Tank shall be mounted on M.S.Fabricated stand to supply the Fuel to Engine on gravity as recommended by Engine Manufacturer. The Top Hung Open Out (operable) vent should be with, accessories with heavy duty self balancing stainless steel friction hinges with provision to hold open at 250mm .Vent locking accessories with cremone lock and handle with multi point locking mechanism to keep the vent weather tight. The vent shall comprise of Aluminium outer frame with drainage provisions, crimped corner & shutter frame with Euro grooves with crimped corners. The outer frame fixed to the unitised profile system with necessary SS screws & weather sealant applied from outside. The stepped glass design vent shall have ceramic frit in black at the portion of the stepped unit in case of high light transmission glass to reduce banding effect in the glazing. The three barrier gasket system consists of 1st Barrier of Silicon gasket and 2nd & 3rd barrier of EPDM gaskets to achieve the required compression & seal in the system. EPDM Gaskets shall be of micro cured (Online Curing) with shore A hardness of 60-65. All perimeter to have EPDM membrane sealing done. External groove between glass to be covered with EPDM gasket to give uniform look as well as weather seal. Flashing / Trim / Floor Closure at Parapet level, floor level, beam bottom level and required flashings shall be provided continuously with required GI / Aluminium sheet. Internal & External concealed Flashings shall be 1.0mm thk GI sheet. External exposed flashing shall be 3mm thk. Aluminium sheet with PVDF coated matching with external Aluminium profiles. Internal exposed flashing shall be 2mm thk. Aluminium sheet with powder coated matching with internal aluminium profiles. The fire stop for 2 hr Fire rating with smoke seal at all floor slab levels required as per local fire authority. 100mm thk and 100 Kg/m3 density of Rockwool slab with 1.5mm GI flashing to hold the assembly shall be fixed in compressed form between the gap of Building RCC and Curtain wall system at floor level. Smoke seal intumecent of 10mm shall be applied in the gap of GI flashing and curtain wall assembly. The whole assembly also to act as acoustic assembly between the floors. The fire stop assembly shall run vertical side where there is a shear wall condition or break in horizontal fire stop. The floor closure shall be provided continuously at floor level with 1mm thk GI flashing closing gap between transom and building line with minimum of 10mm gap filled with smoke seal intumecent , sprayable Fire-rated joint spray to provide minimum 2 hours of fire rating when tested as per UL 2079 standard . The product to have up to +_50% Movement Capability and Sound Insulation of 55db as per ASTME-90. The product shall have passed the requirement as specified by ASTM E 1399 class II. The product shall be mould resistant with rating of 0 as per ASTM G21-96 . The product shall carry test certificate as per ASTM E 1399 class II for movement capability. Applicator needs to provide complete installation report for inspection purpose.
The extruded aluminium sections of Alloy 6063 T5 / T6 & tolerances confirming to DIN / EN standard from approved extruder. The structural profiles shall have minimum 2.5mm wall thickness. WT-03 Fixed partition walls with Curtain wall system and Patch Fitting doors. Design wind load: 1.1 Kpa and proof load of : 1.55 Kpa . Design, Fabrication,Supply, Installation, Protection, Cleaning & Handover of internal glazed wall system custom designed to with stand the design pressure as mentioned above, with microwave cured EPDM gaskets, & ss screws. sealants, aluminium Bracketing system designed to accommodate seismic movements , with washers, fasteners & Aluminium trims and flashings to seal the gaps between curtain wall and the building structure all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing in conjunction with BOQ. The system shall accommodate IGU of 28mm and 12mm thick TOUGHENED GLASS DOORS area as shown in drawings. The system shall be designed of floor height units spanning between the floors with Slab mounted ALUMINIUM brackets, with provision to accommodate seismic movement at all floor levels and at every grid panels horizontally. System shall be mounted on to the bracket arrangement with the help of Anchor Fastener / bolting. The Bracketing system with Aluminium Alloy with built in serration & serrated washers. Brackets to ensure bi metallic corrosion seperators to be in place , and should provide improved thermal performance. The system design shall ensure structural stability, be based on closed joint system & design shall include pressure equalization with minimum 3 barrier gaskets for improved weather performance, drainage at floor levels. The system shall be designed considering surface temperatures of 10-40 deg Cel & temperature differential of 25 deg cel without creating excess stress in the system. All metal joints in the wet area shall be small joint sealant applied to ensure water tightness. The system shall be designed to accommodate 28mm IGU in vision area & will be a glass to glass memberless joint. All fix vision glass and openable shall look similar in the elevation. Each glass panel shall be structurally fixed on the main profile using appropriate number and length of chromatised toggle of the system . Each glass panel shall be supported for dead load at the bottom of glass with black anodised glass retainers two per panel. Spandrel shall consist of G.I tray panel coated of approved with 50mm rockwool filling to absorb heat. The three barrier gasket system consists of 1st Barrier of Silicon gasket and 2nd & 3rd barrier of EPDM gaskets to achieve the required compression & seal in the system. EPDM Gaskets shall be of micro cured (Online Curing) with shore A hardness of 60-65. All perimeter to have EPDM membrane sealing done. External groove between glass to be covered with EPDM gasket to give uniform look as well as weather seal.
Flashing / Trim / Floor Closure at floor level, beam bottom level and required flashings shall be provided continuously with required Aluminium sheet. Internal & External concealed Flashings shall be 1.0mm thk GI sheet. External exposed flashing shall be 3mm thk. Aluminium sheet with PVDF coated matching with external Aluminium profiles. Internal exposed flashing shall be 2mm thk. Aluminium sheet with powder coated matching with internal aluminium profiles. The extruded aluminium sections of Alloy 6063 T5 / T6 & tolerances confirming to DIN / EN standard from approved extruder. The structural profiles shall have minimum 2.5mm wall thickness. All the internal visible surfaces shall have high Durability (Akzonobel) / Super durable (Jotun) Powder coating of 60 - 80 micron confirming to AAMA 2604 & all externally visible surfaces shall have PVDF finish with minimum 35 micron confirming to AAMA 2605. The non visible aluminium surfaces shall have minimum chromatizing treatment. All Material Make / Vendor list / Supplier list shall be as per tender specification. (Annexure 1) All shade approval shall be as per Architect's Approval. The quote rate shall include all design, engineering & shop drawing approval from architect & consultant. The quote rate shall include all Taxes, duties, statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per PMC.

SKYLIGHT GLAZING SYSTEM: Design, Supply and install skylight glazing system on top of atrium roof to with stand design wind pressure of 190kg/ sq.mtr confirming to IS -875 part III. ( the system must pass the proof load at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure ). The profile system shall be based on Conventional skylight system with drainage in Mullion and transom with transom profile stepping on mullion. Provision for condensation drainage in the profile system is must. The system shall be supported on structural steel members & shall accommodate 15.52mm laminated glass held on the grid work by means of mechanical pressure cap on vertical sides and on horizontal sides with structural sealant and Non staining Weather sealants on top side groove or approved make, backer rod, clamping system with hot dip galvanized brackets. The system design shall be designed and proven for use as skylight, meant for use with glass system and to accommodate 15.52mm laminated glass. It will have gaskets for improved thermal performance and weather performance, design shall have transom stepping on to mullion for effective drainage and sufficient gutter size in mullion design to provide continuous drainage from top to bottom, to accommodate building movements, thermal expansions and the seismic movements including thermal stresses created by surface temperature of outer skin material going up to 80-90 deg Cel. without any failure. All metal joints in the wet area shall be small joint sealant applied to ensure water tightness. The design will be completed with provision for ventilation cowl for heat extraction. The structural steel members shall be supported on RCC upstand . Skylight MS structure is made of ISMC sections / Angles / Box sections of Sail or Jindal steel make of first quality confirming to IS 1161 , Secondary members to support the Aluminium grid work for skylight glass. The finish to the exposed steel shall be 1 coat of Epoxy primer and 2 coat of Polyurethane paint. All inline with General arrangement shown in drawing. Steel design and execution shall be part of facade contractor scope. All gaskets in 1st & 2nd barrier shall be made out of EPDM micro cured gasket. Steam cured or nitrite cured gaskets will not be acceptable. Amee rubber ,Goldseal , osaka or Equivalent with micro curing facility shall be approved suppliers. . Anchor bolts shall be of SS 316 grade of make or equivalent. Fasteners shall of SS 316 grade with Dom nut . The Exposed cap profile shall have Anodised paint finish in solid or metallic colors. Internally visible profiles shall have Super durable power coating finish. All external flashing shall be in Anodised paint finish and Internal flashing shall match with the profile finish from inside. The extruded aluminium sections shall be of Alloy 6063 T6 & T5 and tolerances confirming to DIN standard from approved extruder. All the internally visible surfaces shall have Super Durable Powder coating finish of 60-70 micron thickness & all externally visible profile surface with minimum 35 microns Anodised finish. The non visible aluminium surfaces shall have minimum chromatizing treatment. The quote rate shall include all design, engineering & shop drawing approval from architect & consultant. The quote rate shall include all Taxes, duties, statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per PMC.
