Testing Checking and attending minor faults of 11/0.4 KV transformer up to 315 KVA Tightening HT & LT connections, cleaning transformer and substation area, meggering insulation values etc as and when required. Note.1- Replacement of minor spare like nuts, bolts, washer, jelly etc included in the rate. Note.2- Liasoning with APDCL authority for HT shutdown is agencies responsibility.

Attending break down faults of 11/0.4 KV transformer up to 315 KVA including replacement of any spares mentioned below. Note- Leasoning with APDCL authority for HT shutdown / disconnection / reconnection & charges if any is agencies responsibility.

Lightening arrester (one Set consist of 3nos LA, Polymer type) for overhead 11.0 KV Line of rated voltage 9.0 KV (rms) & nominal discharge current rating 5 KA .

ACSR Weasel (Approx length 1mtr) with suitable Alu. Lug & socket.

Pin insulator (Polymer/Porcelin)

11 KV Disc insulator

HT Bushing/stud/gusket, washer etc for 25 KVA/ 63 KVA Copper transformer.

LT Bushing /stud/gusket for, washer etc 25KVA/ 63 KVA Copper transformer.

Silicagel breather of 150 gm capacity.

11.0 KV air break Gang operated switch 200Amp with 06 nuts bolts connector

11.0 KV DOLO fuse i/c its barrel assembly.

Transformer oil ( HV grade ) with suitable di-electric strength (minimum of 45 KV at 2.5mm gap test for one minute atleast) .(Make :- M/s Power oil / Sabita, Apar industries or Govt approved agencies)

63 amp TPN FSU i/c 63 amp HRC fuses in open execution

100A, 4 pole MCCB ( thermal release range-(32 to 40) & (50 to 63) breaking capacity Icu=30.

Repairing / Replacement of wornout / broken post top insulator of 11.0 KV gang operated air break switch / DO fuse with existing new one i/c greasing & servicing of moving parts in the existing position i/c testing , commissioning etc complete as required.

Dismantling existing burnt out distribution transformer up to 63 KVA 11 / 0.4 KV from existing DP structure after disconnection of HT & LT line & earth connection and providing replacement by simillar repaired distribution transformer of same capacity and same winding materials, with full quantity of oil etc including testing commissioning as reqd.

a) 25 KVA Aluminium wound 11/0.4 KV.

b) 25 KVA Copper wound 11/0.4 KV.

c) 63 KVA Aluminium wound 11/0.4 KV.

d) 63 KVA Copper wound 11/0.4 KV.

Note-1. There should be one year warrenty of the replaced transformer. Note- 2.To & fro transportation of burnt & replaced transformer is included in the rate. Note- 3.Test results should be submitted to engineer -in-charge before installation. Note- 4. Liasoning with APDCL authority for HT shutdown / disconnection / reconnection & charges if any and obtaining NOC from APDCL is agencies responsibility. Note-5. The faulty transformer shall be tested for winding failure/ burnt in presence of site incharge (JTO/SDE)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Supplying of following sizes of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed /XLPE steel armored aluminum conductor UG power cable of 1.1KV grade etc complete as reqd.

a) 3.5 x 25sq. mm aluminum conductor cable.

b) 3.5 X 50 sq.mm aluminum conductor cable.

Laying of above cable following manner.

a) Direct in ground i/c excavation,sand cushioning, protective covering,refilling the trench etc as required.

b) In existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe etc as required.

c) In existing open duct etc as required. (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

d) On wall surface etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
