Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre cast concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum, hard and dense soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base foundation filling and mass concrete of etc. including post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of post holes, bed block, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm fancy type bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and all as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth: for foundation, etc or for manholes, etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling ramming etc in layers n.exc 25 cm including leveling, watering etc complete all as specified and all as directed

Removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and all as directed

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 600 mm dia bore class NP3, laid in trenches for drain and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete bed to drain pipe 600mm dia in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 including packing under the haunching on sides complete all as specified and all as directed
