Annual Maintenance Contract of Electrical Mechanical Installations for Non Operational Area at JPNI Airport Patna For the year 2022 24

Providing Annual maintenance services of Electrical and Mechanical Installations for Power House area i.e Sub-Station, Power House, DG room, CISF Barrack, Project office, Colony Area,Roof top Solar Plant of TB, Pump Room, STP, Car Park Area, street light etc. covering the scope of operation, prevntive and breakdown maintenance, taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of the system, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documents etc. by engaging manpower round the clock basis on all days including sundays & holidays as per detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

For Two Years(Period:- 2022-2024)

Rewinding of the following with Cu-winding wires of required size including less for dismantled copper wire i/c transportation etc. as required (Dismantle cu-wire need not to return).

Ceiling fans (Upto 1400mm Sweep)

Exhaust fans (Upto 300 mm Sweep)

Replacement of bearings(2nos.)/bushes for above fans

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set capacity upto 3 HP of single/three phase with suitable size of Cu-winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing i/c transportation etc. as required. (Burnt Cu Wire need not to return)

Rewinding of burnt motor of submersible pump motor set size 12.5/15HP with suitable size of Cu-winding wires including sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing i/c transportation etc. complete as required. (Burnt Cu Wire need not to return).

Supply of 12 volt 180 Ampere hour capacity lead acid heavy duty battery without initial charging as reqd.(Make: Exide Xpress Model:-XP-1800 or equivalent approved)

Supply of 12 volt 80 Ampere hour capacity lead acid heavy duty battery without initial charging as reqd.(Make: Exide Xpress Model:-XP-800 or equivalent approved)

Supplying & topping of new insulating transformer oil (ISI mark conforming to IS 335-1993) having BDV not less than 50 KV on existing 11 KV Transformer, AVR etc. complete as required.

Servicing of existing ACB's of various make having capacity of 800A to 1600A i/c drawing out of breaker,cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required as directed by EIC.(Spares will be supplied by AAI ).

Servicing of existing 11 KV VCB's of various make i/c drawing out of breaker, cleaning of all contact parts, applying gel, termination of all control wires etc. Repositioning the same, testing and commissioning the breaker, submission of reports etc complete as required as directed by EIC. (Spares will be supplied by AAI ).

Filteration of transformer oil including dehydration & removal of carbon particles in order to improve the Breakdown voltage strength of the oil including BDV testing before & after filteration and submission of test report for existing 11KV Transformer, HT AVR etc. complete as required as directed by EIC.

Calibration and testing of IDMT relays through secondary injection machine which is having valid calibration certificate and submission of test reports as required.

Calibration and testing of measuring instruments i.e Insulation tester, Clip on Meter, Earth Tester etc and submission of test reports as required.

Calibration and testing of Buchlotz Relay for 11/.433 KV Indoor Oil Cooled Transformers and submission of test reports as required.

Dismantling,Lifting,repairing and lowering capacity upto 3 H.P. submersible pump motor set i/c column pipe,cable, ,jointing of submersible cable and sealing of pump motor with sealant material, testing commissioning including arranging of tripod stand, chain pulley block etc.complete as required.

Dismantling,Lifting, repairing and lowering of capacity upto 15 H.P. submersible pump motor set i/c column pipe,cable, jointing of submersible cable and making connection,testing commissioning including arranging of tripod stand, chain pulley block etc.complete as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group B

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, vertical type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Exacavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including refilling of soil, dressing of sides i/c ramming, watering and getting out of disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
