Procurement of Caustic Soda Lye for RTPS

a) For Manufacturers:The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Caustic soda lye to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.153.6Lakhs (Rs.76.80 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26(2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof purchase order (PO) copies (Single/Multiple (max.3)) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers / Supplier: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Caustic soda lye to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.57.60Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e.2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26.

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/ Authorized dealer/ Supplier of Caustic soda lye. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

The annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.192Lakhs(Rs.96Lakhs for micro & Small enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years(last 2 preceding financial year respect to micro & small enterprises) ending on the relevant financial year(2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25).As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of annual turnover certificate/Profit & loss statement duly certified by the chartered accountant.
