Strengthening of Slab Culvert on Edarada Channel at Km.9.100 for effective water regulation under WUA, Tatipaka

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.30 m dia. for foundations of canal cross drainage and other appurtenant structures and placing the excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and initial lift upto 3 m. etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation wells with sand in layers of 25 to 30 cm and compacting by watering,ramming as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N /sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates with placing and sinking plums of size 150 to 80 mm upto 15 percent for gravity type retaining walls / piers / abutments etc., including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc.,complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for columns and beams including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc.,complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for deck slab & kerb including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying insitu M- 20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sqmm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for wearing coat including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position in alternate panels, levelling, compacting, finishing, curing, packing joints with asphalt mortar etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for RCC works including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 and all lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refilling backside of the wall with excavated earth etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cost and Supply of Mastic Pads 25.4 MM thick including cost and conveyance of mastic pads to the required size and fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in VCC Abutment/Wing wall/ Returning wall with 100 MM Diameter AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure at 1.00 M C/C in both horizental and vertical direction so that the weep holes laying above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyanc of the AC pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length\, placing the pipe with a slope of abovt 1V:20H towards stream side face etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
