Defect rectification onboard of ICGS C-428 12000hrly routine on both DA

E-51: 12000 Hrly Routine on Both DA falling due(.) completed 11924.50 Hrs on Port and 11958.38 Hrs on Stbd DA respectively. Left only 75.10 Hrs on port and 41.22 Hrs on Stbd DA. Details of jobs as per maintenance schedule are as follows: (i) Cylinder head assembly , Oil pump and fuel oil transfer pump, coolant pump to be overhaul or exchange. (ii) Crankshaft bearing, Crankshaft Seal, Thrust Bearing, Main Bearing and CR bearing to be inspect and/ or replace. (iii) Oil cooler, Heat exchanger core and charger Air cooler to be chemical clean and pressure test. (iv) Renew sea water pump
