Fabrication, erection ,grouting & painting (one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel aluminum) of 33 KV Line Isolator structure as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 45cm above ground level as directed by the Engineer Incharge (All steel sections will be provided by Deptt).

Mounting and installation, including Mechnical & electrical fixing and adjusting of the 33 KV Line Isolator on Isolator structure including proper adjustment ( 33 KV Line Isolator to be provided by Deptt.)

Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of MS channel 100x50mm, 3.0 mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 no. MS Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in block of size 300x300x700mm (1:4:8) complete. This includes providing of required MS Clamp made of MS Flat holding the cable including nuts & bolts and fixing of XLPE cable.

Erection of the following support including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging pits complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing. All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.

Erection/fixing for 33 KV Stay set with stay wire 7/8 SWG and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clambing, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and brick ballast and sand before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule all clamps, nuts & bolts, cement, brick, concrete blast and etc would be provided by contractor.(Stay Set , Stay wire to be provided by Dept.)

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor from Double pole uptogantry at 132 KV substation / 33KV substation including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of STP/PCC supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. All type of nut & bot would be given by the contractor.

Cradle type Guarding of HT/LT/Telephone line/ road/river crossing etc. by providing GI wire No. 6/8 and making net with difference of 1.00 Mtr. Completely including fixing of channel/angle etc. with proper locking at each support. All type of nut bolt ,clamp to be provied by the contractor.

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job.

Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable (single circuit) by digging method depth minimum 1.2 mtr. Below ground level and 750 mm wide by excavation of earth. The work include supplying of fine sand ,bricks,stone slab ,refilling and ramming of the left out soil and levelling etc.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (GI Pipe,clamps ,nut bolt etc to be provided by contractor,)

Providing & Fixing of Cable Route Marker

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.
