SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets,light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring from existing position etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (light/ fan/ socket) with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable with copper conductor, single core multi stranded 1100 V graded confirming to IS 694 : 1977 drawn in PVC conduit including provision of 20mm dia rigid PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (part-1 1983) with conduit accessories including terminal boxes fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS /modular PVC sheet fitted with 3 mm thick Hylam/PVC sheet top cover for fixing switches including 1.5 Sqmm one single core PVC unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor as earth condinuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly at existing wall/ceiling/surface etc and make good the disturbed surface as per existing all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 4 but with 1.5 sqmm for 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 but with 2.5 sqmm for 5/15 Amp Switch socket. all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 but with 4 sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps independent( metal clad Switch socket). all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including testing on cpmletion . Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained ,the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II

Material and labour for periodical servicing including chemical cleaning of condenser tubes and cooling coils by cleaning with fresh water there after spraying with diluted caustic soda solution to remove complete scale for window AC's/ Split AC's, Water coolers of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rates are included for crane/ hanging lift for repair/ servicing of ACs on high rise building)

Supply and fix compressors for the following AC's/Water Coolers/Refrigerators all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge:- Note:- (i) Desired sound decibel check to be obtained after replacement of sealed compressors. (ii) Warranty of compressor to be of 01 (One) Years and necessary warranty certificate to be submitted. (iii) Gas N-2 for pressure testing, after removing defective compr and fixing re-conditioned compressor
