RENOVATION OF PROPOSED LI - ION BATTERY PRODUCTION PLANT ER&DC- CD BUILDING

Providing and fixing partitions using powder coated aluminum extrusions of thickness not less than 1.8mm INDAL/GINDAL make 63.5mm x 38.5 x 1.8 mm , 50 x 44.5 x 2.0 mm, 100 x 44.5 x 2 mm for doors. filled with 9 mm both side laminated particle board and 5mm thick plain glass in rubber beeding.

Providing Aluminum doors as per spec above including all required fittings like hinges, locks, handles, locks tower bolt etc..(4 sliding double door, 3 single door,2 double door).

Painting with interior emulsion of approved brand of two coat after preparing the surface for repainting. (MAKE ASIAN/BERGER or equivalent ISI ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two coat over the wood or iron works after scrapping and cleaning the surface. (MAKE ASIAN/BERGER or equivalent ISI)

Providing and laying anti skid premium quality full body vitrified matt finish tile (dark shade approved by the dept) of size 60cmx60cm,thickness of 10mm layed using tile adhensive with 3mm spacers and fill the tile joints with joint filler matching with the shade of tiles and as approved by the department

Supplying fixing and laying on the windows with all the necessary horizontal blinds of superior quality and approved design and pattern as directed by the department.

Providing and fixing over the existing broken windows with 5mm thick plain glass with aluminum / rubber beeding etc,,as directed by the department.

Providing and fixing over the existing windows with lock as directed by the department.
