1] Engine to be repaired thoroughly. 2] 4 wheels to be replaced with new ones. 3] Body of the Ambulance to be renovated. 4] Ceramic blue Ambulance Revolving Light will have to be mounted on the top. 5] Oxygen Cylinder will have to fixed made. Oxygen along with mask will have to be arranged. 6] Air-Condition Machine will have to be fixed. 7] Patient Bed with Stretcher facility will be renovated. 8] Sitting facility of Patient party will be made. 9] Body will be printed with good quality weather coat paints. 10] Genuine spare parts will have to be used / replaced. 11] Video Photography of dismantling of spare parts will be preserved. 12] Replaced old spare parts are to be handed over to this Authority. 13] Successful bidder will prepare a list of genuine spare parts (Mahindra) with item code which will be shared to the Municipality. 14] After total repair and renovation, the agency will get a Fit Certificate from authorised Service Centre of the Company i.e. Mahindra 15] After receive the Work Order, the work will have to be finished within 15 Days.
