Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in cement mortar
Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: of area 3 sq. metres and below, complete as direcetd by EIC.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the materials within 50 metres lead of G.S. sheet, complete as per directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead, complete as directed by EIC.
Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead, complete as directed by EIC.
Removing / transporting the surplus excavated earth including debris, vegetation waste etc., to a distance not exceeding 350 m including loading, unloading, depositing, spreading, levelling etc., after obtaining due clearance from the Engineer-in-Charge etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in surface excavation for all kind of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means {Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and for all lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying brick flat pitching in floor including laying on and including 25 mm thick layer of sand and filling the joints with cement mortar 1:4, preparation of earth suface including compaction, leveling, slope preparation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources :8 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (in foundations, mass concrete, sub bases, floors, pavings and other similar works including mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions etc.), all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations including footings, bases of column, plinth beam, mass concretes, floor etc. complete as diected by EIC
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for slabs, landings, chajja, canopy, racks etc. in fair finish complete as diected by EIC
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, girders, beams, roof beams, cantilever beams etc., for all span complete as diected by EIC
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts etc. complete as diected by EIC
Steel reinforcement of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-5000 or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level as directed by EIC.
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum of concrete.etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All works upto plinth level - Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum NOTE: (i) Reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately. (ii) Mix design to be obtained from Govt. / NABL laboratory for site batching concrete and RMC with minimum cement content as per IS 456 from approved manufacturer and the same shall be approved by HAL before execution.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid 110mm dia PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finishing even and smooth using extra cement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing rendering and plastering 15mm thick. (av) in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface work including neat cement finishing to an even and smooth surface including materials, transportation, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing, applying and laying cement mortar (1:4) plastering 15 mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with trowel for internal walls etc., including supply and fixing of hexagonal chicken mesh minimum 150 mm wide having opening 20 mm x 20 mm of 26 gauge at junctions of concrete & brick work or between different material, with necesary materials, labour, scaffolding, curing, chicken mesh, tools and tackles etc., at all heights, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,handle towe bolt, lock etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Glazing and paneling shall be paid separately.
Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required, handle, lock etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).
Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture, complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and applying of two coat of approved premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including necessary preparation, cleaning, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and applying one coat of primer of approved brand and manufacture With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre including surface preparation, cleaning etc. complete as direcetd by EIC.
Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 4 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm in aluminium window shutters etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .
Providing and fixing glazing with sheet glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm in aluminium door shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.
Steel work welded in built up tubuler sections/ framed work including use of plate, post, cutting, hoisting, ISMB/ISMC, nut bolt, doors, false ceiling etc. fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200 mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
Providing and fixing 4mm thick ACP board for false ceiling at all height or size of approved texture , design and pattern including with C.P. screws coloured silicon matching with board for joint etc.Completed as directed by EIC.
Supplying of Sand blasting rubber sheet not less than 8mm thick and fixed with approved adhesive over wall or ceiling including removal of existing damage sheet, necessary surface preparation etc. complete as directed by EIC.
