Construction of Reinforced cement concrete mix 1;1.5:3 ( 1cement :1.5 Sand:3 Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) concrete footing for high mast light considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Tonne per Sqm. having pit size 1.20x1.20x 2.00 depth with reinforced cement concrete block 1.00x1.00x1.20 size . Reinforcement should be 12mm dia steel ISI make 12.5 Cm. c/c bothways and errection of 8 nos 28 mm dia nuts and bolts(TS 600) having length 75 Cms ISI make including base plate 25 mm thick. It also includes including all type of material form work ,labor cost & removal of excavated material from site, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

S.I.C. &T of continuously tapered multifaceted and polygonal cross section High mast as per detailed specification & detail given (a) 1/2 sections having suitable sectional length with slip joints between sections without any circumpherence welding. It will be in two sections, (made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 hot dip galvanised,inside & outside on single dip-suitable for wind velocity as per ID 875 part 3) having bottom width 360 mm ,top width 150 mm with 3 mm thick walls top with length 5420 mm and bottom portion 4 mm thick length 10980 mm multi sides polygonal . (b)Base plate should be 25 mm thick having 520 mm dia with the vertical post having opening provision of size 1050x225 mm as appropriate height from N.G.L. .(c) Raising and lowering type lantern carriage desihned to carry 08 nos luminaries , control gear box, junction box and top pully assemble with weather p[roof cover. (d) Necessasry suitable length for lowering & rising of lantern carriage of stainless steel wire ropes of 7/19 construction and multicore flexible copper power cable (minimum 6 mmdia) (a) Hinged service door in base section base plate earthing terminal. (f) Suityable arrangement for supply distribution with termination of suitable size underground cable in high mast.(g) Lighting conductor finally made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long G.I. tube having single prong. (i) Integral single power tool (electrical) for lowering & raising of high mast. It shall also include accessopries for high mast including head frame,3 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia double drum which,Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 12 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lighting final.Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from steel alongwith nuts,washers,anchors p[lates & templates with internal power tools bottom dia 410 mm top dia 150 mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts. Supplying installation Testing and commissioning 2x400 watt asymmetrical beam non-integral floodlight luminaries with glaskote,2x400 LED fittings lamps complete suitable for operation on 230 V,50 HZ,AC supply,on the existing high mast as required Make Bajaj,Philips /Crompton. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and errecrion of LED aviation 6/10 watt aviation ovestrction lighting fixtures made of cast aluminium fitted with polycarbonate covers as required complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and best satisfaction of Enginer in Charge.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of dust vermin and weather proof out door compartmentlized feeder pillar ( control panel) of suitable size made of 14 SWG M.S. sheet complete with following:- (a) Canopy at top (b) Hinged door open able on both sides with heavy duty locking system -02 nos. (c) Base frame with detachable cover on all sides out of 14 SWG steel sheet.(D) Legs of suitable length make out of 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron i/c. grouting the legs in 1;2;4 CC (1 cement;2sand;4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (E) Knock out holes at bottom for cable entry (F) Earthing studs (G) One coat of primer and two coat of approved make & color synthetic enamel paint.(H) 63 amps TPN MCB,16 K breaking capacity-01 no. (I) 40 Amp TP air brake contactor (J) 24 hour electronic timer 01 nos.(K) Heavy duty godown lock 2 nos. Supplying and fixing of following rating four pole 415 volt isolator in the existing MCB distribution board 240 volt on surface recess complete with tinned copper bus bar wire set netural link earth bar din bar, detchable gland plate blanking plate, cable,indentification labels interconnections, etc. as required ,including carriage of material within all leads & lifts cat A-40 amps.

Supplying and following rating four pole (three phase and neutral) 415 volt residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) having asensivity current up to 300 MA in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc.

Supply/Laying of XLPE aluminium conductor armored cable of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured cable/XLPE power cable working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground to be laid 1-00 meter below ground level including excavation sand cussioned protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of required size including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. Armed cable 16x4 Sqmm. four core complete in all respect. including crossing of road with G.I. pipe cover Heavy type digging road & preparing it same. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Earthing with GI earth plate 600mmX600mmX6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclouser with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.(But without charcoal or cock and salt) complete as required (A) Extra for using salt and charcoal for GI or copper plate earth electrode, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing 25 mmx5mm GI strip at 0.50 Mtrs. Below ground level for earth electrode conductor including soldering etc. as required, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
