Providing and laying in plain cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, pedestals, bases of columns, lift Shaft walls, Lift shaft slab, Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, utteresses, plinth and string courses etc. for concrete. Complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC. The rate should be inclusive of Lift Shaft wall Shuttering for all height up 12m.

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 4.0 m, up to 12.0m (i.e. Total Lift Shaft height is 12m). (Plan area to be measured). Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured) Complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC. Note: Only the slab area of List Slab bottom will be measured & paid for.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on ISMB/ISMC/ RHS/SHS or any other section as required to complete the work. Two or more coats on new work. Note: Actual area of painted surface of each element shall be measured and paid in square meter. Rate for the item is to be quoted considering the mode of measurement as above.

Demolishing Cement Concrete,stone flooring, etc. manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material out side IPR campus as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Work shall be done with out damaging other parts of the building and services except designated part as directed by EIC.
