Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of single-phase submersible pumping unit and allied works of following specifications: Pump: Dia. of Well Casing = 125mm Discharge of the Pump = 3-4 Cubic meter per hour Dynamic Head Range = 40-50 Meter Speed = 2850 RPM Mat. Of the impeller = Noyrl/cast steel Efficiency = Not less than 45 % Shaft Material = Stainless Steel Fluid to be handled = Clear water Motor: Rating = corresponding to above mentioned head and Discharge. Frequency = 50Hz Working Voltage = 220 Votls - 15% + 6% Efficiency= Not less than 45 % The job also includes: 1. Fabrication, providing & fitting of suitable dia. Gl nipple cum reducer as per outlet of above submersible pump duly threaded up to suitable length and other end for membering with column pipe as per site requirement. 2. Fab of mild steel crate belt around the pump motor including all allied works at site. 3. Providing & fitting of 40 mm dia. long elbow duly threaded at top of well casing.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of 32 mm split type MS clamps 6 mm thick 1 feet long and 2.5 inch wide for lowering and holding of pumping unit fitted. The job includes the cost of required size of nuts and bolts.

Fabrication providing & fiting of 32 mm dia Class B socketed Gl column pipe pieces in the well by utilizing tools and tackles like chain pulley and tripod at site. The job includes the cost of cutting/threading of each column on both sides. Each length of column pipe is to be of 3 Meter long included is cost on account of providing, fitting of desired size heavy duty Gl socket to each joint after 10 feet length up to ground level. Pipe material shall be with all BIS codes. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Providing & fitting of 4 mm sq multi standard steel wire from granty post up to pumping unit in well to avoid detachment of pumping unit in case of failer of threaded joint. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Providing and Fitting of 08 No. D-Clips for holding/gripping/fastening of above steel wire. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Fabrication, providing & fitting of 150 mm dia. Well cap out of 5 mm thick sheet metal. The job includes flushing of 32 mm dia. Hole in the center of cap for column pipe. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Providing and fitting of 10 sq cum 2 core, XLPE Armored Aluminum cable conforming to IS: 7098 part Ist as service line from LT feeder to main MCCB including necessary thimling, crimping, tapping ect. (Reputed Make). (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Providing and fitting of 3-Core flat 4 mm Square submersible copper cable conforming to IS: 694 (Part Ist) - 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) - 1964 for connecting Submersible Pumping Unit with Strata. The cable connection terminals shall be fitted with copper thimbles and taping of required size. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Design, Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Advanced sub control panel suitable for operating 3 HP single phase submersible pumping unit with voltage range 150-240 Volts having run capacitor 100 MFD and Start Capacitor 150/200 MFD with over load relay 12-22 A fitted with contractor 25 A, Miniature circuit Breaker B32, protection devices, indicating lamps, push buttons for ON & OFF, Dual Metering module 50 HZ AC power supply including necessary interconnections etc. as required. (To be installed in Two No. Wells).

Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of 3”x 3” MS frame out of ISA40×5mm filled with 12 mm teak wood panel board with providing and fitting of indicators, voltmeters and also provision for fixing of starter and MCCB with allied accessories including back and foot legs to be grouted and welded at site as per requirement. (For 02 No. Wells).

Providing, installation, fitting & testing of 02 pole, Rated current 25 Amps. 220 Volts, 50 KA breaking capacity on load Molded case circuit breaker having copper contact lugs enclosure duly powder painted for longer life with termination sultable for cables. The switch should be able to withstand an overloading current up to 2 times over a certain period of time gap, including providing of terminals to the cable and testing onfull load. Providing and applying of Paint as per departmental colour coding prevalent with primary coat of red oxide to above steel structure and followed by paint.

Providing and Fitting of 01 No. 2000 Liters capacity plastic vertical water tank four layerover the steel platform. The Job also includes providing and fitting of inlet and out let connections.

Providing, Laying and Fitting of 32 mm dia. Gl medium class pipes from well top elbow up to near by disposal point provided by Department as per requirement including trench excavation work and back filling. The job includes the cost on account of providing and fitting of Gl elbows, unions, sockets, Tee and reducer, Nipple required for laying and fltting of pipe Including cutting and threading of pipes as per site requirement from inlet and outlet connections of PVC Tanks.
