maintenance of lawn including plants with water for

months including weeding, hoeing, watering, pruning

application of good earth, manure, insecticides, fungicides

& fertlizers, security of plants, disposal of garden rubbish

and solid waste from the premises , replacing casualty of

plants (occurred due to any reason) by healthy plants. All

maintenance shall be arranged by the contractor. Cost

includes Labour and supervisory cost for maintenance of

Horticulture, Civil and Irrigation work. Cost of material for

Civil, Irrigation and Horticulture work will be paid Extra as

per Appendix 6 & 7 also Cleaning of the garden, all

premises & all building as instracted by Engineer in charge

1 All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and other specifications of

Division or as directed.

2 All columns in the Schedule should be filled in ink and the total of the entire in the last columns should be

struck by the contractor under his signature.

3 Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects and

hold good for work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.

4 To be continued on additional sheets, if found necessary.

5 The Labour Cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e.1% of the work done.

6 GST is applicable seperatly for all type of works by the Client (Total Tender Cost is without GST).

7 The bituminous work shall be carried out by the contractor or as under by utilizing.

8 For abnormal high or law rates payment of such items shall be regulated as per Govt. Circular letter No.

Parach-102008-61-S dated 27-11-2008 attached with tender papers.

9 From dt. 1-7-2017 GST is applicable hence Agency should quote price accoringly. Any dispute regarding

this will not be considered by AUDA

10 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the

Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

11 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.
