1 De-scaling of 135 TR chiller air conditioning plant-I installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of holding of all butterfly valves of condenser line, opening of front & rear header of condenser unit, circulating of de-scaling chemical in tubes with the help of pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, rodding of tubes of condenser, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of condenser and supplying of water through butterfly valves. 2 Replacement of old compressor oil grade 120 with new oil-32ltrs (two buckets) by draining out complete old compressor oil. Compressor oil to be use with HFC and Highly fluorinated environmentally safe refrigerants, fire point 250C˚.
