REPLACEMENT OF BER EQUIPMENTS AT DEHRADUN.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in depth for laying of cable, foundation to pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out of soft/lose soil for taking out cable or pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable ) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade copper sheet wrapped cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core all as directed.

M & L for cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 to 185 sqmm including testing after jointing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer 63 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, Dyn11, out door ONAN type, copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, step down transformer with OFF circuit tap charging arrangement on HV side in steps of +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% each and having cable end box on HV & LV side. The cable box at LV/HV side shall be suitable to house for proper size and capacity of out going aluminium cable and to be provided with gland and gland plate. The transformer shall be provided with all standard accessories and first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil of IS: 335 complete as per specification and confirming to IS: 1180:2014 energy efficiency having level-3(EEL3). The Transformer shall be having following standard accessories complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Name rating & diagram plate - 01 Nos (b) Off circuit tap changing switch - 01 Nos (c) Earthing Terminals - 02 Nos (d) Lifting lugs - 02 Nos (e) Oil level indicator (flush tube) - 01 Nos (f) Oil drain valve with plug - 01 Nos (g) Oil temperature gauge- 01 Nos (h) Aluminium body breather - 01 Nos (j) Vent pipe - 01 Nos Note:- Cost of any other accessories as per manufacturers instructions/ IS provision shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply transportation up to and at site of work and erection of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31, 09 mtr long conforming to IS - 2713 in vertical position, applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally above ground level and a coat of anti corrosive below ground level and marking with alternate white and black paint strip 30cm wide total 5 Nos with synthetic enameled paint complete with cast Iron base plate , drilling of holes for cable entering and including taper plug complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation channels, clamps, nuts and bolts to be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports clamps back plates, gantry bay structure etc fabricated from structural steel section for fixing of cable with pole such as suitable I section, channel, angle iron and flat iron GI nut, bolt & Washers with welding, cutting, drilling hole etc for insulator bolts clamps in any shape and size including one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy heat resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, design, transportation, installation and commissioning of 11 KV 3 phase 50 Hz 3 way RMU (with 01 No SF6 insulated VCB for outgoing and two Nos of LBS for incoming) factory made, floor mounted, outdoor type enclosure of protection class IP 54 suitable for HT 11 KV 630 A 3 Phase ,3 wire earthed system (switching in SF 6 filled tank at 1.2 bar with manometer, pressure gauge indicator having protection Class IP 67) Rated Symmetrical Interrupting current 21 KA, Rated Power frequency 50 Hz, dry withstand voltage 28 KV RMS for 1 minute, Rated Power frequency wet withstand voltage 21 KV RMS for 10 seconds, Rated lightning impulse withstand peak voltage (BID) 75 KV, capacitive indication for incoming and outgoing, copper bus bar with interlocking switch and earth bar with earth switch including self powered alfa numeric relay suitable for 3O/C and E/F and short circuiting facility. The breaker should be suitable for 240 Sqmm cable as incoming and outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Castle key interlocking between two incomers. (l) Breaker shall be provided with following features (i) Auxiliary switch with 6 No + 6NC contacts, mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear. (ii) Position /cell switch with 3 No + 1 NC contacts, one each for TEST and SERVICE position. Auxiliary switch, with 4 No + 4 NC contacts, mounted on the stationary portion of the operated mechanically by a sliding lever from the breaker in service position (m) Suitable battery bank charger 110 volts output along with battery of suitable capacity as per manufacturer design for DC control system.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV 630Amps, 25KA for 3 sec HT Vaccum Circuit Breaker Panel for bus coupler conforming to IEC 62271-200, IAC-AFLR -25KA for 1 sec PM LSC-2B, front accessed comprising of the equipments as per item No 19 above except CT. Note for Item No 19 & 20 (a) Electrical and mechanical interlocking between all incoming breaker and bus coupler breaker to avoid double supply in outgoing breakers. (b) Contractor shall provide a Laptop loaded with support software (complete version) for local offline programming measurements extracting and viewing of events, disturbance etc (c) Contractor shall submit type test reports for standards mentioned above to Garriosn Engineer before placing order to original manufacturer's of panels (Panel and breaker should of one make and of original manufacture only) (d) Supervision of commissioning will be done in presence of company's representative service Engineer. (e) Inspection call shall be raised to Garrison Engineer and shall be done in company’s works. (f) Minor items/parts required for making connections in respect of incoming outgoing and earthing etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor.

(j) Breaker shall be provided with following features (i) Auxiliary switch with 6 No + 6NC contacts, mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip of 32x6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part 1 including testing on completion all as specified and directed. incl demolition to existing one complete. NOTE 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe 40 mm dia and GI strip 32x6 mm dia from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
