Carriage of materials - By mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking - upto 5 Km Earth transportation

Providing and displaying of Spathiphyllum (peace Lilly), having 15 cm to 25 cm ht. blooming stag with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in 15 cm of Earthen pot/plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of White River (Stone) Pables size of 2" to 2.50" dia in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing and displaying of Dracaena pendanus, well developed, having 6 to 8 suckers with healthy foliage in 25 cm size Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supply and stacking of Plumeria alba plant of height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying Vinca different colour 6 to 8 well developed branch in full bloom stacked with green painted Bamboo stick in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot on already developed flowering bed as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and even, watering with sprinkler

Providing and Displaying Bamboo Buddha valley with fresh & healthy 3 to 4 suckers having 75 to 90 cm ht. in 25 cm size Earthen Pot/ Plastic Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Syngonium Varieged plant, mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 plants placed in each pot at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Philodendron selloum plant, having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm with 8 to 10 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and displaying of Money Plant Golden leaves mounted on moss stick 90cm ht., having 3 plants at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh, shinning and healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Monestaria plant mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 2 to 3 plant in one pot well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

PART B- Concrete Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

PART C - ROAD WORK

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) etc complete

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron /steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

PART D-Pathway

Supplying and laying interlocking tile 80mm or nearest size thickness, minimum strength M30 including providing a layer of 6mm aggregate for 5cm thickness, then laying interlock cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost & conveyance charges etc. complete.

PART E-pathway-road

Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With Material conforming to Grade - I ( size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value- 30

PART F-Roofing

Providing & laying GAf-Elk or equivalent approved make shingles over roof slab by steel nails, including providing starter strip at the lower end the roof, over 12mm thick fibre cement board. The rate includes all cost of ridge, finishing the sides with CM 1:3 etc., complete in all respect as recommended by the manufacturer for all lead and lift in all floors. Land mark AR shingles, fiber cement board 12mm supply & laying including bitumen sheet in the joint of board. Aluminium sheet in the joint of valley complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

PART G-Electrical

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes. 3 core 1.50 sq mm

Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 70W LED Flood light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD less than 10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of LED Post top Luminaire having power consumption not more than 35 W and light output not less than 4000 Lumens with a nominal efficiency 115 lumen/watt. The housing should be of non-corrosive ADC12Grade high-pressure die-cast and should have corrosion resistant coating to pass Natural salt spray test of 500 Hrs with . The Luminaire diameter must be minimum 450mm for larger area coverage . TheLuminaire should be having Minimum 50000 Burning hours(L70B50) with CRI ≥70, SDCM< 5 and co-related colour temperature (CCT) of 4000K.
