Beam length-700mm (02 nos.) and 850 mm (01 no.), beam face 60 mm, beam height-100 mm, thickness-6 mm, 'J' hook rod dia-25mm, internal dia 40 mm. length-150 mm, Mat: MS (All material yard/firm supply). (c) Welding of 02 nos fixed 'U' shape ring in each on either sides of hatch wall/ deck of provision store, magazine, MCR to FER access hatch, boatswain store, and waterjet compartment hatch. Mat: MS, Round bar dia 25mm, internal width-50mm. height-80mm. Total Qty-10 nos. (All in-way jobs included). (d) Securing arrangement of 03 nos fixed shoring with bulkhead. Mat: MS angle bar of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thickness x length 300 mm. Qty-04 nos. (e) In-way jobs include renewal of underlay and macrotech (approx 01 Sqm) and Lagging (1.5 Sqm). (f) Class Surveyor to be involved for certification of design/ drawing, QA/QC of raw material and supervision during execution of work package. Post completion Class certification to be provided for the workmanship. Note: All in-way jobs and material included.
