(1) The Contractors have to submit their Rates /Tenker in appropriate colum in above table.

(2) The Contractors have to write their rate both in words & in figure. If there any diffrance in

figure & words Surat Municipal Corporation will consider the rate written in words.

(3) Surat Municipal Coporation will not consider overwrite/whitener quote in rate column.

(4) The Contractor must be careful while collecting the water from water distribution center site

not to disturb & damage the goods at the site.

(5) Tenderer has to Quote the rates considering excluding all applicable taxes. Tenderer has to

paid the taxes/duties separately to the concern department of State/Central/Municipal
