Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (three point three kilogram Per Square Metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the government excluding GST.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm (three hundred into three hundred into nine point eight millimetre) having with water absorption less than 0.5 % (zero point five percent) and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in for outdoor floors such as footpath,courtyard,multi modals location etc. laid on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 15 cm (fifteen centimetre) wide, 45 cm (forty five centimetre)overall semi- circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (forty into three millimetre) size, bolts, nuts and washers etcetera, including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. : 0.63 mm (zero point six three millimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 (two hundred seventy five gram per square meter) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 10 mm, (ten millimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Kota stone slab 20mm (twenty five millimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillars laid on 12mm (twelve millimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 8 mm (eight millimetre) dia C.P. / S.S. Jet with flexible tube upto 1 metre (one meter) long with S.S. triangular plate to European type W.C. of quality and make including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, (forty millimetre) including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required kitchen sink without drain 610x460 mm (six hundred ten into four hundred sixty millimetre) bowl depth 200 (two hundred) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
