Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement: 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

A) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floorsetc. 200 mm in thickness.

B) Vertical surface such as such as wall ( any thickness parttions & the like i/c attached pillars buttresses plinth & string courses & the like.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2app sand :4app graded stone aggregete 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floor roof , landing shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumer and cantilevers upto floors two level in all height and depth ,including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement Mortor 1:3 (1Cement:3 Sand) and curing complete including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Chrage.

Steel work in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in grating framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing man hole cover with frame (Light duty single seal pattern 500 mm internal dia, total weight of cover and frame to be lessthan 38 Kg including all leads,lifts nad carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enegineer in Charge.

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep(inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2 :4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice Valve PN 1.60 with wheel of approved make and relevent ISS complete in all respects including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quility of foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement morter 1:6(1cement:6 app sand) including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge .

Providing and laying 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement :2app sand:4app graded stone agg.12.5mm nominal size and curing complete I/c all laeds ,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Applying coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equipment using 1.70Kg per square mtrs on damp proof , course after cleaning the surface with a cloth lightly socked in kerosin oil, including all leads , lifts and carige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Brick using common burnt clay building bricks ( 2nd Class) including racking out joints in cement morter 1:4(1cement:4app sand)extra for super structure above plinth level and upto floor two level including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

P/F Pressed steel frame doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thick including hinges jump lock jamp, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechnical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with guards, lock strik plate and shock absorber as specified.

Providing & fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet garrage door with frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Prov. & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia. 0.56 mm for doors,windows & clerestrey windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying rainforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5app sand :3app graded stone aggregete 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in lintel, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level in all height and depth ,including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement :2app sand:4app graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick including all leads,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick stone masonary for interier plastering upto floors two level including arrisis ,internal rounded angle ,chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morter 1:6(1cement:6app sand)including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement morter 1:3( 1cement:3app sand) including all leads ,lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3app sand:6app graded sotne agg. 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surfece of concrete smooth including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing stell primer red oxide paint.

Painting two coat ( excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt and dust and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint other than white.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade including thourghly brooming the surface to remove all dirt ,dust morter dirts and other foreign matter including all leads , lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces ( Two Coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & dust remains of loose powder materials including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.fan clamp(Type-I of 16mm dial M.S. Bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC. Slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standard design complete.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dial meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embeding in cement mortar block 30x10x15cm (1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Providing and fixing following anodized aluminium fittings of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc.complete
