OptionalThe Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexure ? I (GST) & Annexure ? II (Undertaking) in the format given in tender document.

RequiredThe Ownership of the tractor should be in the name of the Contractor/Firm only .The Contractor Should have maintained all relevant documents as per motor act (like fitness, RC, Permit, pollution control, insurance, suitable valid transport driving license) and upload the documents

RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,201/-/Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

OptionalThe Bidder shall possess similar experience involving loading, transportation, unloading and cleaning of mill rejects, debris, and coal connected to Bowl Mills in Thermal Power Plant of capacity not less than 600 MW of TGGENCO, APGENCO or NTPC in last 3 years including current financial year of capacity not less than 600 MW of TGGENCO. The bidder shall submit copies of work orders/agreements
