Eligibility Criteria

Bidder should not have corrupt, fraudulent, collusive and coercive practice. Bidders have not informed the other party about the occurrence of such event and such impossibility subsists for not less than 90 days.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fradulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka.

Bidder should have taken all reasonable measures in order to carry out the terms and conditions of the contract.

Others -- Insurance Company should have licensed by IRDA to operate General Insurance Business in India and should have completed minimum of 3 Financial Years.Others -- Should provide documentary evidence for minimum cumulative gross premium receipt of Rs. 1000 crs over the last 3 financial years ending at 31.03.2026Others -- Insurance company should submit one complete set of Technical Proposal documents only which is uploaded in Karnataka procurement e-portal.Others -- Company Registration Certificate.Others -- Any other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document
