Part "A"- Confirmatory survey and design of distribution network and supply of following size G.I. (Medium) pipe confirming to IS 1239 Part I : 2004 or its latest amendement including specials and acessories confirmating to latest IS codes. (The contractor have to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metallic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking of thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe. On completion of work the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible for supply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor.)

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Distribution Networks in following strata requiring the use of any special T&P or by Chiselling or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches in layers, removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Cutting of following existing road pavement or village path pavement / for laying different sizes of pipes, disposal of waste materials upto a distance of 30 m including reinstatement after laying of pipeline including supply of all labour, T&P etc. with PCC 1:2:4 complete.

Providing and carting of materials and laying PCC plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing as per IS specification including the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and carting of materials and laying R.R. Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 Cement and local sand mortor and curing in protection works including supply of all labour, material T&P etc complete.

Providing and carting of materials and laying R.R.Dry Stone Masonry in protection works including supply of all labour, material T&P etc complete.as per IS specification

Providing and carting of materials and laying reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing as per IS specification including the cost of centering and shuttering

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Part "B"

Operational and Maintenance (O&M) of the schem after successful construction, testing, commissioning of the scheme DLP period of 06 months and maintenance of the scheme for further period of 06 months . The contractor has to handover the scheme to Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan or maintenance agency.
