Demolition cutting of matalled bitumenns and concrete road and pucca paver on or below G.L. including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-servicable materials within 20 metres lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil, lift upto 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters. clear from the edge of the excavation and then soil such as pick Work, jumper work, blasting hard or softs rock by chiselling where the blasting work is provided slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights,stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15Cm (fifteen Centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each depossited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Providing,Laying, Jointing and Testing in trenches to be graded centrifugal cement motor lined duble iron (spun) presured pipe con. To BIS 8923-2000 class-7K sutable for tyton push on joinbtincluding bends of all degrees tees collor tapernif required crosses short pieces, tail pieces, plug of required size includingcutting pieces chamfering wherver required (earth work in trenches and cost of joint to be measured and paid separately) including carriage within all leads and lifts to the best satisfcation of the Engineer-In-Charge 150 mm dia.

Providing Laying jointing with tyton (push on joint) duble iron pipe 150mm dia and fitting including testing of joint cost of rubber gasket (SBR quility) conferming to IS 12820( Latest edetion/ ammements) complete within all leads and lifts. 150 mm dia.

P/L cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

In foundation and plinth.

Suspended floor, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing 200 mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or rubbed non slip surface in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete with in all leads and lifts.

Laying & fixing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing of precast conctete (SFRC) manhole cover with frame conforming to IS specifications Code- 12592 Part-I & II with latest amendment (M. duty)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x 30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls, any thickness partitions buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complet in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Disposal of unserviciable material by machinical transport and 3 km head load with in all leads and lift.
