Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) with 40 mm size Hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost,conveyance & royalty of all materials with all taxes & compacting watering curing & all labour with T & P articles required for the work including 1% cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying RCC M-20 grade using 20 mm and downgraded size hard black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concerete and compacting by using vibrators watering and curring for 4 weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all material and labour required for the work etc. complete excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. work with minimum compressivee strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cum cubes at 28 days cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.
