Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land upto distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300x300x22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tile and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 8 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block type (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in bed blocks, kerbs etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old kerb stone and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 2.0 Km but n.exc 2.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new plastered surface of kerb stone , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old plastered surface of kerb stone , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good bottom surface by watering and well ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of post or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, Rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated or required), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick, corrugated sheet having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing fabric fencing mesh of size 100mmx100mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed on posts with nut and bolts including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting to steel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel/iron gate area not exc 10Sqm each including hold fasts and re-fixing the gates in the same opening including shifting and fixing of existing holdfast in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 after raising the gate level including greasing, painting and other necessary minor repairs , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, and removing to store for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel fremed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balustres, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE-410 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of old steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC jallies/Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) jointed and pointed in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick laid on side of drain using old size brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fly ash brick laid on edge of drain using old size brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth (of cement concrete), using extra cement @ 3Kg/sqm, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopper ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortar to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to bricks laid flats or side in cement mortar 1:4 as in drain/channels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.20m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and resetting the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.34800.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
