Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The intending bidder/firm/company should have Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years satisfactorily (2021-22 to 2025-26): Cement Concrete -1810 cum, Steel-122 T NOTE: The criteria above applies to the Individual bidder/Firm also. Certificate regarding the same duly signed by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer should be submitted along with the technical bid.

The intending bidder/firm/company should have Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Improvements/Construction of Canal and CD works of value not less than Rs. 200.00 Lakhs (usually not less 50% estimated value of contract during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26). Note: The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer (The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based to bring them to 2026-27 level rupee price value).

List of key technical personnel required for the work is as under: 1) Civil Engineer / Diploma Holders- Civil Engineering with Min 5 years experience-1no.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate-(a) Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work: The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish details of ownership of Machineries/Equipments etc., to an extent of more than 50% of the requirement and also should furnish copies of lease agreement of hiring of Machineries/Equipments etc., to be deployed for this work.1.Excavators- 2 Nos-1 no own,1 No Own/hire/Lease.2.Tractor/Tipper/Lorry Mounted Water Tanker-4 Nos-2 no own,2 No Own/hire/Lease.3.Self-loader Concrete mixer(Ajax2/4 Cum)-2Nos -1no Own,1 No Own/hire/Lease4.Vibratory Roller 1no Own,1 No Own/hire/Lease5.Tippers 4 Nos-2 no own,2 No Own/hire/Lease.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.800.00 Lakhs (usually not less than the two times estimated annual payment under this contract during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26). Note: Audited balance sheet certified by practicing Chartered Accountant shall be furnished. (Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be given for turnover to bring it to 2026-27 price level).

The intending bidder/firm/company/Joint Venture shall furnish details of liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.120.00 Lakhs(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from any Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. i(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)
