Maintenance of 220KV Switch Yard during MTA-2024

Maintenance of 3 phase, CGL make 220KV SF6 Breakers, such as Tightening of line connections and painting [3 separate poles for each Breaker] at a height of 5Meter in the 220 KV switchyard at its position. Replacing of corroded nut and bolts. Note: Supply of paint and cleaning materials are covered in item Sl.No.9

Maintenance of CTs in 220KV switch yard A] checking and tightening of primary connections at a height of 5 M. B] Tightening of secondary connections in the terminal Box. C] Thorough CT Insulator cleaning with dry cloth.

Maintenance of CVTs/PTs in 220KV switch yard A]checking and tightening of line connections at a height of 5 M. B] Cleaning and Tightening of secondary terminals and connections. C] cleaning and painting of top covers and base. Note: Supply of paint and cleaning materials are covered in item Sl.No.9

Maintenance of lightning arrestors in 220KV switch yard. A] Checking and cleaning the insulator for dirt deposition. B] Checking and tightening of bolts of the earth connections.

Tightening of CT, PT, control wires in the Isolator/ Breaker Local panel, PT/CT marshalling box including dressing of cables and crimping of loose lugs.

Checking all the loose connections of all 220 KV Over head bus conductors at various points i.e at jumpers, clamps, insulators etc. tightening the bolts & nuts, string insulators cleaning at 10 M elevation in the entire switchyard covering the 5 bays, wherever required the corroded bots & nuts to be replaced.

Maintenance of 3 phase 245 KV isolators [3 separate poles for each isolator] in 220KV switchyard. A] Tightening of Incoming & outgoing line connections on isolators side.. B] Inspecting and cleaning the isolator main and earth switch contacts with solvent. C] Checking and tightening of all fixing bolts, drive tube lock nuts, drive lever and phase coupling clamp bolts etc. D] Checking the fixing bolt of the operating mechanism and railing the bearings. Note: Cleaning materials is covered in item Sl.No.9

Maintenance of bus post insulators in 220KV switchyard. A] Checking and tightening of line conductor terminals B] Cleaning of insulators with dry cloth.

Synthetic enamel industrial grade paint. Colour: Red(10 litres), Yellow(10 litres). Make: Asian/Nerolac/Berger

Synthetic enamel industrial grade paint. Colour: Blue(10 litres), Smoke grey(40 litres), Green(10 litres), Black(5 litres). Make: Asian/Nerolac/Berger

General purpose thinner. Make: Asian/Nerolac/Berger

Electrical insulating sealer, 3M-1601 R
