Taking out old unserviceable arms rest and S & F new arms rest as per existing pattern complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable seat and S & F new seat as per existing pattern seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick not pressed plywood commercial and shall be upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 75mm thick PVC lipping alround (Rate of cloth shall not less than Rs. 350 per RM) complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable back and S & F new back all as per drawing seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick not pressed plywood commercial and shall be upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam 75mm thick with PVC lipping alround (Rate of cloth shall not be less than Rs. 350 per RM) complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable old cane from chairs and other items of furniture, cleaning of cane holes and supply and canning with new plastic cane of superior quality i.e Ist quality of 2mm wide, 0.5 mm thick and 4mm wide 0.5mm thick of white colour, half round, weaving shall be in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable cushion for seat/back and S & F new cushion of sofa set 5 Seater comprising single piece seat/ back each made of foam 32 density of size 22"x21"x100MM/95MM, duly coverred with tapestry cloth stitched with fine standard thread and providing a chain best quality (at either of 21" side) of Make YKK with two runners at both ends superior quality complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Sleepwell/Featherfoam/Kurlon(Gold) Note:- Rate of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 450 Per RM and as approved by GE.
