Vadodara Division:-Rebuilding of old Road Over Bridge at Km 397-397 A Between BRC P and D cabin Vadodara Yard.

Financial Eligibility Criteria:- The tenderer must have minimum averageannual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V=Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of yearsprescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Theaverage annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of"total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as perthe audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of theprevious year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheetof the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating averageannual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisiteinformation as per Annexure-VIB , along with copies of Audited BalanceSheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate fromChartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantiallycompleted any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07(seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in whichtender is invited:(i) Three similar works each costing not less than theamount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or(ii) Two similarworks each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertisedvalue of the tender, or(iii) One similar work costing not less than theamount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender

Note for Item 10.1: Work experience certificate from private individualshall not be considered. However, in addition to work experiencecertificates issued by any Govt. Organisation, work experience certificateissued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs500 crore and above in last 3 financial years excluding the currentfinancial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay StockExchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date ofclosing of tender, shall also be considered provided the work experiencecertificate has been issued by a person authorized by the Public listedcompany to issue such certificates. In case tenderer submits workexperience certificate issued by public listed company, the tenderer shallalso submit along with work experience certificate, the relevant copy ofwork order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of payment received dulycertified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all paymentsreceived and copy of final/last bill paid by company in support of abovework experience certificate.

Similar Nature of Work:-Any Civil Engineering Work involving Rail/Road Bridge Work of clear span of 12.2 m or more with Deep foundations (Pile /Well).

The "Technical Bid" must contain the Technical Bid document along with the documents in support of fulfilling the eligibility criteria & other requirements as asked for this work duly signed on each page.

Tender will consist of two packets and is to be filled up to 15.00Hrs on closing date on website www.ireps.gov.in the respective columns separately. Instructions for "Technical Bid" and "Price Bid" are shown on the website.

If both the offers i.e. Technical Bid & Price Bid are not submitted simultaneously upto the prescribed time and date of opening the tender offer shall summarily be rejected.

Tenderer(s) must give their complete postal address of correspondence correctly with pin code in the "Mandate Form"as provided in the Technical Bid of tender document. Railway shall not be responsible for any failure of dispatch of letter by the rejected.

The copies of the various letters/documentary proofs/statements etc. should be enclosed with Technical Bid and shall be properly indexed.

The tenderer(s) shall quote his/their rate percentage above/below/At par in the rate sheet of Price Bid only

As the NIT value of the subject work is more than Rs.50.00 lakhs and hence, the required eligibility criteria have been prescribed in Tender Documents (Technical Bid). It is expected that the tenderer/s shall submit adequate documentary proof of having fulfilling those eligibility criteria. There shall be No back reference to confirm the credentials.

If the tenderer/s do not submit any proof for meeting with the eligibility criteria as laid down in Tender Documents (TechnicalBid), the offer shall be considered incomplete and shall be summarily rejected.

The date of opening of tender means the date of opening of Technical Bid. The date of opening of Price Bid shall be decided by the competent authority and advised separately to the qualified tenderer/s after technical evaluation of the Technical Bid.
