Supply installing testing and commissioning of New Lift at Revenue Tower Changanassri

Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning one Machine Room (MR) type gearless passenger lift of 13-passenger capacity (884 kg) with a rated speed of 1.0 m/s, serving Ground Floor to 6th Floor (G+6) with a travel height of approximately 18 m and 7 stops/openings, complete with all accessories and safety devices. The lift shall be equipped with a microprocessor-based AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF/V2F) drive controller operating on simplex selective collective or duplex collective selective control, with or without attendant operation as required. The system shall include an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) with maintenance-free batteries, intercom tele-back facility, emergency lighting, and ventilation fan inside the car. Power supply shall be 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 4-wire system. The lift car shall be provided with automatic power-operated telescopic horizontal sliding stainless-steel doors with scratch-proof moon-rock finish, while landing doors shall be stainless steel with approved brushed finish. The lift shall be fully compliant with accessibility requirements, including Braille floor selection buttons, grab rails, audio/visual indications, and all facilities required for differently abled persons. The scope shall include all necessary electrical connection,testing, commissioning, liaison work with the Electrical Inspectorate and KSEBL, and obtaining statutory approvals. All statutory fees paid by the contractor shall be reimbursed upon submission of original receipts. The complete installation shall conform to the latest provisions of the Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR), applicable fire and life safety regulations, CEA regulations, relevant IS standards, and Electrical Inspectorate requirements.
