| 1 | S1TC of floor mounting cubicle type indoor compartmentalized 415 Volt 50Hz. dust & moisture proof L.T- distribution panel (CPRI tested) board fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming & outgoing switches and bus bars with all inter connections in between the switches & bus bars with copper flat bar of suitable capacity. The panel should be provided with cable alley for facilitating connection of all the incoming & outgoing XLPE cables with termination arrangement by supply & fixing copper terminal bar / bolt of required sizes. The 2 nos. G.I earth bus bar should run along the full length of the panel board. The incoming terminals of ACB & MCCB as well as outgoing terminals of MCCB should be provided with Extra copper bar of suitable capacity for smooth termination of double feeders. All incoming / outgoing ACB / MCCB units should have identification as djrected by the E.I.C. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint & the layout diagram of the panel board should be approved by the E.I.C before manufacturing. The panel board should cornprise with the followings:
a) Incoming:-
a) S/F of 415 Volts 1600 A Breaking capacity 50KA Version C-Power 4 pole EDO type ACB with Mcroprocessor Based SR18G and castle locking arrangement as incomer for 1 no. Normal Supply and other 1 no 1000KVA DG source electrical connection with both the bus. bars(Mk.-L & T/ SIEMENS/ HAVELLS)- 2 nos.
b) S/F of 415 Volts 1600 A Breaking capacity 50KA Version C-Power 4 pole EDO type ACB with Microprocessor Based SR18G ACB and castle locking anangement, as Bus Coupler, induding electrical connection with both the busbars.(Mk.-L & T/ SIEMENS/ HAVELLS) -1 no
