Providing & laying filter media as Hand packed stone filling in the back of retaining walls, abutments, wing walls etc. by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing in position HYSD (Fe 500 Grade) reinforcement bars in various structural elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening, bending, fabricating, storing, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire of 18 SWG, fixing in position complete as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works.

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( girder ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawing including all T&P etc. nuts & bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismantal after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be excited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground errection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost , which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job.Also including supply of all materials,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly weighted by a recognised reputable institution/consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of GKW make or any other as approved by engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labor, T&P, equipments and consumables required for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. {1. Add 12% extra ( of the cost of material resource i.e., rivets used in item no. 16-25) for Scaffolding, Ropes, Winch, Chain Pully, and all other T&P and equipments. 2. For span more than 30 meters, add 1% per meter extra, but maximum 50 %, (of the above cost of scaffolding etc. plus the total labour cost for erection of the bridge).

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker and rollar & rocker bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplyong and fixing of 16 - 22 mm dia field rivets as per drawing confirming to designation IS 42 RIS - 1148 - 1973 including rivetting with rivet gun, its wastage, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply & fixing of Drainage spout as per drawing & technical specification clause 1209 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Painting of entire steel girder bridge 30.0 M. span with two coat of superior synthetic enamel (paint) over previously primer surface including supply of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work. as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm( complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications )to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions forinstallation.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M - 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses. 800 and 1206.3 of MORD Sr. no. 13.5

Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls etc. with 100mm dia AC/PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Providing and fixing of C.C edge stones 12cm *12cm*60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 nos. 8 mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia MS bar stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
