Installation and Confurgation cost of Mobile bassed GPS Application on android mobile (Android mobile Provided by tanker owner) of the tanker driver including One year onsite maintenance.

Providing online Enterprise Web Application based on the powerful Unite platform a. Complete Web based Application b. Multiuser System c. Role based data access d. Role based menu access e. Historical Data analysis f. Integrated SMS communication, Alerts, Messaging, Reminders g. Separate mobile based GPS application for tanker driver to accept the tanker trip booking. h. Seprate mobile based GPS application for Engineers to Monitor the GPS system i. one year onsite maintenance j. Minimum 20 user license

The web based software should have facility to upload and verify 1. The tanker master registration details as R C, fitness and insurance certificate. 2. The driver master details as driving licence, aadhar card, photo etc. 3. The contractor master details. 4. Work order master details. Billing The software shall have feature to generate bill on the basis of distance travelled complete trip wise on daily basis work order wise/ contractor wise.

Trip tracking Start of the tanker trip shall be registered through the software and below things should be taken care. a. After filling the tanker photograph with water level indicator should be uploaded and then trip will be started form here. b. When tanker reaches the geo fence created destination location again photo will be uploaded of tanker that will show water level before decanting. c. Upload photo after decanting with OTP provided by the consumer and trip will be ended here.

Mobile App for Tanker Driver Separate android based mobile application which uses inbuilt GPS technology will be installed in driver android mobile.

Mobile App for Engineer's Separate android based mobile application which uses inbuilt GPS technology can be installed on android mobile. In this app a. Live tracking of any tanker can be done. b. History tracking of tanker is possible. c. Tanker booking and assigning can be done and many more

Providing Monitoring Station in the control Room Intel core i7, 12th Generation a. 32 GB RAM b. 512 GB SSD, 1TB, HDD c. 22" TFT Display d. KeyBoard, Mouse, /8USB port/DVD W/R/ Windows 11/ key/card reader e. On Board Audio, Graphics f. including one year onsite maintenance

Providing HP Laser Jet Pro Printer for Control Room

PART-C Recurring Operational Cost

Providing skilled Operators for Control room and field units for training and maintenance (1 month X 1 person). Operators shall keep smooth running of GPS project of PHED offices and produce and submit reports as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(12 Months X 5 Person) Payment for skill operator engaged in server maintenance will be payable every month whether tankers are not running.

Charges of Google Map including Communication Cost,server Rental, GPS, SMS Pack (1 month x 1 units) (12 Months X 100 Units) willl be payable for maximum number of tanker mentioned in the tender document even if tankers are not running.
