Supply, Installation and testing of 120 Litres Capacity Seamless UL listed & CCOE Approved Cylinder, complete with valve assembly and pressure gauge with a safety burst disc and mit a safety cap for 42 Bar pressure system. Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only FK-5-1-12 Fire Protection fluid compound of carbon, fluorine and oxygen (CF3CF2C(O)CF(CF3)2). 42Bar pressure system. Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Electric Control Head operated electrically from the Detection & Control System or locally with a manual lever on the control head for 42Bar pressure system. Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Pressure Operated Control Head which allows for pressure actuation slave cylinders and is mounted directly on top of the slave cylinders valve.Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Master Cylinder Adapter Kit used to actuate the Slave Cylinder for 42 Bar system. Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Discharge Hose, 1-1/2” (use with 34, 80, 120 & 140 Ltr. Cylinders)UL listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 1-1/2" Manifold Check Valve installed at the discharge manifold to allow removal of any FK-5-1-12 cylinder from the manifold while still retaining a closed 42 bar system . Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Flexible Actuation Hose (Pilot pressure is directed to a pressure operated control head on each cylinder valve using 1/4 inch actuation hose) . Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Manifold Supervisory Switch for indication of discharge of system. Approval-UL/LPCB/VDS Listed and shall comply to RDSO/SPN/218/2016 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Cylinder Strap for 120 & 140 Ltr cylinder.

Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Networkable type Micro processor based Analog Addressable Gas Release Panel with sufficient no. of loops to suit minimum requirement of detectors and devices. Qwerty keypad for the field programming and control of the fire alarm system.The FACP shall have built in power supply, battery charger and battery back up for 24 hours normal operation. The panel shall be UL/LPCB/VDS approved and comply to NFPA-72/EN54 requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Armored & unarmored (CI) cables should meet fire performance test under simultaneous action of Flame, water stress and impacts on single sample at 950°C for minimum 2 hours, certified by UL or FM or Vds or LPCB or BRE Global or any recognized lab by Government of India complying to RDSO/SPN/217/2018 Ver 1 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Two run of cable shall be measured as one length.)

Note: Schedule of cedit amount of Rs 5430.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
